The former NRA Chairman, Biff Naylor, who hired Herman Cain says that Sharon Bialek was terminated before Herman Cain was even hired and thus he never met her. On top of that she propositioned him (Naylor) for dinner once because she thought he was handsome, which he promptly turned down as he was happily married. Naylor also says he knew the other two that said Cain harassed them, and that whatever they took exception to was so minor that it wasn’t even reported to the executive committee or the board. Asked where he was three weeks ago when all this...

The Chicago-area woman who accused one-time GOP frontrunner Herman Cain of sexual harassment said Monday she feels vindicated by the suspension of Cain's presidential campaign. "In some small way I feel slightly vindicated," said Sharon Bialek, who said she wanted to give Cain a platform to tell the truth and ask for forgiveness. "I did not want to bring this man down," Bialek said.

We've seen Herman Cain accuser Sharon Bialek before – only then she was making references to pubic hairs in Coke cans and "Long Dong Silver." In that theatrical production she was portrayed as the more comely and much less vivacious Anita Hill, with Supreme Court Justice nominee Clarence Thomas in the role of Herman Cain. And while her role has been reprised and set in modern-day politics, with Gloria Allred as the new director, the crew, stagehands and financiers remain the same. The plot has remained the same as well, i.e., prominent conservative (black) professional seeking high office suddenly has...

A majority of American voters think the sexual harassment claims made against Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain are motivated by something other than fairness. A minority thinks the allegations are serious enough to disqualify him from the race. Cain has been battling claims that he sexually harassed four women more than a decade ago. A doctor who once dated Herman Cain accuser Sharon Bialek came forward today to say that he remembered Bialek telling him in 1997 that Cain had "touched her in an inappropriate manner," and that he was the one who urged her to contact lawyer Gloria Allred and go public with her accusation. Dr. Victor Zuckerman of Shreveport, Louisiana, who appeared at a Monday afternoon press conference with attorney Gloria Allred, said he had decided to go public himself in order to rebut Herman Cain's public statement that he had no idea who Sharon Bialek was and couldn't recall ever meeting...

"On an anti-aging website, Dr. Zuckerman describes himself as interested in "triathalon (sic) training&poker, painting and anti-aging." His favorite book is listed as "the national enquirer" and favorite quotation is: "Insanity-doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result."

... Cain's claim that all he did was point to his chin and tell Kraushaar she was as tall as his wife is nowhere in the complaint Kraushaar leveled against him, according to Bennett. "I have read my client's written complaint," Bennett told the Daily News. "The incidents were not about how tall she was or that she was wearing a nice dress or anything along those lines. "It was sexual harassment, not something innocent or something that could have been misconstrued." Nothing about the abuse Kraushaar claims to have suffered at the hands of Cain more than a decade...

BEGIN TRANSCRIPT RUSH: So Herman Cain still breathing, still alive, didn't get waterboarded in the debate last night. The audience (clapping) every time the questions strayed away from the sexual harassment charges, audience loved it. Reuters has a story with the headline: Cain Escapes Serious Damage in Republican Debate. However, they did point out that Herman Cain called Nancy Pelosi "Princess Nancy" as evidence that he's a sexual predator. I kid you not. And then Herman, I don't know why he did this, but he apologized for it this morning. I don't know why. How do you get that he's...

(CNN) -- The attorney for a woman who accused presidential hopeful Herman Cain of sexual harassment in the late 1990s said Thursday his client is not prepared to hold a news conference about the allegations until all the other reported victims agree to join her. Joel Bennett said his client, Karen Kraushaar, has tried to reach two other women who also claim they were sexually harassed by Cain during his 1996-99 stint as head of the National Restaurant Association.

Washington (CNN) - Herman Cain accuser Karen Kraushaar is "not considering a press conference" if only she and the other named accuser, Sharon Bialek, are willing to participate, according to a source close to Kraushaar. "She still would like to have a press conference with all four women" who have accused Cain of sexual harassment, the source said, but it has not yet come together.

The woman who has accused Herman Cain of groping her says the GOP presidential candidate is a "pathological liar" when he says he has no memory of her. Cain told reporters Tuesday that he had never seen Sharon Bialek before a news conference where she accused him of inappropriate conduct 14 years ago.

Meanwhile, a friend of Ms Bialek, from Chicago, told the New York Post: 'She has a very infectious personality. It’s easy to see how she won [Cain] over. But the reality of her situation is -- she’s a complete gold digger. It’s all about the money.' Adding that she was from a middle-income family but lives in a posh house while running from bill collectors, the source said: 'Most of her jobs ended in termination. It’s always the employer’s fault, not hers.

At the center of the allegations against Herman Cain is current Obama administration employee, who was also the spokeswoman for Janet Reno during the Elian Gonzales fiasco during the Clinton Presidency. For those unfamiliar with Elian Gonzalez, he was a young boy who survived an ill-fated trip to America in November 1999. Twelve Cubans set out for Cuba in an unstable boat, but only Elian and one other person would make it to America alive. Elizabeth Gonzales was attempting to do something that has been done more than a thousand times since Castro's revolution that brought communism to the...

Herman Cain today said that Sharon Bialek, the first woman to publicly accuse the GOP presidential candidate of sexual harassment, is a liar and that he never acted inappropriately with her. “I have had nothing but the utmost respect for any and all women as well as those who have worked under my leadership,” Cain told ABC News’ Jonathan Karl in the ABC News/Yahoo Newsmakers interview. “I can categorically say I have never acted inappropriately with anyone, period. And as far as these latest charges… I reject all of those.” Cain said the charges are “baseless” and “bogus” and that...

The only woman so far to come forward and publicly accuse Herman Cain of sexual harassment did so in part with her 13-year-old son's encouragement, she said Tuesday on CNN. "He said, 'Mom, I think you need to do the right thing. I think you need to tell on him," Sharon Bialek said on CNN's "American Morning." "That confirmed it for me. If my son is saying it, I want to be the role model for him and other kids growing up."
