Investigators have arrested a father and son accused of sexually assaulting twin 14-year-old girls. Juan Carlos Garcia Jr., 25, of Edcouch is charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child, a first-degree felony. •During a forensic interview, one of the two girls said Garcia Sr. molested her on a weekly basis. Juan Carlos Garcia, 50, of Edcouch is charged with continuous sexual abuse of a young child, a first-degree felony.
