After years of trying to mine the wealthy around here, and instead hitting themselves in the face, the Seattle City Council has finally fixed on a potent way to tax the rich. Seattle’s latest corporate tax scheme will almost certainly run into some familiar obstacles, such as a skeptical mayor and a possible legal challenge from big business. But politically, this one is nothing like the failures of the past. It’s the work of Council member Teresa Mosqueda, and the premise is simple enough: Instead of tilting at windmills to try to tax wealth or high incomes, which is legally...

Looks like Raz Simone, but the Seattle corrupt media wouldn’t release the official name of this terrorist. Only describing him as a CHOP leader. He cries like a baby as he gets arrested.

Is it possible for an African-American to be a white supremacist? Sure. But it's highly unlikely and there is no evidence of that seen so far. Black Lives Matter activists were disappointed to find out last week that the driver who hit two of their I-5 highway protesters in Seattle—including 24-year-old Summer Taylor who died from her injuries—is an African-American man. They had hoped to paint this as another instance of white supremacy by a Caucasian man trying to kill protesters. But Dawit Kelete, the man who police arrested immediately following the incident, is Black. One might think that would...

A woman struck by a vehicle that drove onto a closed Seattle freeway early Saturday and plowed into a crowd of protesters has died, while a second woman remains in serious condition, officials said.

“I WANT MY CITY BACK” They are not Peaceful Protestors. They are Criminals. by Linda Jordan, ©2020 (Jul. 5, 2020) — There was a horrific scene on I-5 in Seattle yesterday morning. Two women, unlawful BLM et al protestors, were hit by a car while blocking the freeway. Sadly one died last night, Summer Taylor; the other is in critical condition. Who is responsible for this completely avoidable tragedy? While awaiting the outcome of an official investigation into the driver, who is black, and the incident I can name four. 1. BLM et al, the lawless protestors, for blocking the...

Just hours before the incident, Love had taken to Facebook and revealed in a post on Friday that she was "scared af" of going out to protest because of "death threats from various hate groups."

Mayor Jenny Durkan defends the foolish and dangerous decision to protest on a freeway in the middle of the night. But when you protest in front of her house, she throws a fit. **SNIP** I certainly agree that “no one should risk their life” during a protest. That is why it’s troubling that the Washington State Patrol chief allows protests on the freeway without legal consequence. They could do the smart and safe thing, which is arrest people who walk on the freeway. But that would be too hard. They might earn the Twitter ire of keyboard warriors. What’s remarkable...

The protesters were wearing black on the highway at 1:30 AM.The car suffered front grill and windshield damage. The driver was in custody but was not impaired when he hit the women on the highway. Here are two pictures of the suspect vehicle that struck two protesters on I-5 this morning. Investigation into motive and point of entry in to I-5 are still under investigation. pic.twitter.com/gU1QH6TFTu — Trooper Rick...

SEATTLE - Hundreds of protesters gathered in Magnuson Park Friday night before making their way to Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan’s neighborhood. The crowd that marched to the mayor’s home was large enough to fill an entire city block, with an estimated two thousand in attendance. **SNIP** The crowd of protesters loudly marched into her neighborhood, chanting about their demands to defund Seattle police and reform justice, and demanding that she resign. The protesters also brought with them a large sound system, noisemakers, cowbells and music. After an hourlong rally, demonstrators paraded past the mayor’s gate where KIRO 7 was told...

The person who drove a car into a group of Black Lives Matter protesters in Seattle early Saturday morning and left two of them in critical condition has been identified. The Associated Press reported that Dawit Kelete was behind the wheel of a white sedan that swerved directly into the protesters marching on a local highway, hitting two women. A graphic video circulating on social media showed the point of impact that violently flung the victims’ bodies high into the air over Interstate 5.

**SNIP** The petition accuses the mayor of: “Malfeasance and violation of oath of office.” It also said Durkan, “Led a militant police force against citizens peacefully protesting,” when officers used tools like tear gas and flash bang grenades to disperse crowds. Attorneys for the mayor called the allegations “legally insufficient,” and pointed to what they called a lack of any evidence, which “fails to provide any applicable rule, law or standard that was violated.” “We respectfully request the court to dismiss this petition,” said Ryan Groshong, the attorney for the mayor. The other petition that was filed had further accusations...

SEATTLE - As suddenly as it appeared, the Capitol Hill Occupation Protest was gone. **SNIP** Durkan’s destruction of the CHOP was a reversal of her previous position. On June 12, when Trump accused her of letting anarchists take over the city, Durkan responded, “Seattle is fine. Don’t be so afraid of democracy.” But over the last few weeks, the CHOP had become increasingly controversial. While the daytime scene resembled a music festival or cultural event, the nights became more violent. Six shootings, two of them fatal, occurred in or near the zone in the last two weeks of June, a...

Seattle police officers on Thursday continued to gradually reclaim the streets from the Capitol Hill Occupied Protest (CHOP) as video shows cops dive-tackling a group of demonstrators at a downtown intersection where 10 people were arrested. The arrests took place hours after police claimed that demonstrators in the area pelted them with bottles and rocks and shot fireworks in their direction from the same intersection. A group of police officers on bicycles rode toward a line of demonstrators who appeared to be squatting in the middle of the intersection of Broadway and Pine Street at around 5:30pm on Thursday. The...

After characterizing the infamous CHOP area of downtown Seattle as a “summer of love,” Mayor Jenny Durkan was eventually forced to acknowledge that the failed communist experiment was responsible for a whopping 525 per cent spike in crime. As we highlighted yesterday, following weeks of violence and chaos, CHOP was finally dismantled by Seattle police, but only after occupiers marched on Mayor Durkan’s 5,000 sqft., $7.6 million house. For almost the entirety of June, the area was plagued with fights, bickering, robberies and rapes, with occupiers targeting both outsiders and each other. It has now emerged that compared to the...

In one of the most moving Hannity Shows ever, the father of a son slain in the CHOP zone in Seattle spoke out. It was a very emotional interview for Hannity and viewers who could see the pain the father felt after losing his son so senselessly. Hannity held one of his most riveting interviews of all time last night when he brought on his show the father of a teen slain in Seattle’s CHOP zone a few weeks ago. Hannity provided the father ample time to share his story and feelings about losing his son so senselessly. Horace...
