In Delaware, Republican lawmakers have questions for their local Planned Parenthood. Earlier this week, Senate Minority Leader Gary Simpson (R-Milford) and House Minority Leader Daniel Short (R-Seaford) sent a letter to the Division of Health and Social Services asking for information regarding Planned Parenthood’s negotiations with organ harvesting companies. SALISBURY, Md. -- A Delaware man wearing a bulletproof vest and carrying a handgun yesterday went on a two-state shooting spree in which he killed two persons and wounded four, police said.
