Donations to the Clinton Foundation by Swiss bank UBS increased tenfold after Hillary Clinton intervened to settle a dispute with the IRS early in her tenure as secretary of state, according to a published report. According to the Wall Street Journal, total donations by UBS to the foundation grew from less than $60,000 at the end of 2008 to approximately $600,000 by the end of 2014. The Journal reports that the bank also lent $32 million through entrepreneurship and inner-city loan programs it launched in association with the foundation, while paying former President Bill Clinton $1.5 million to participate in...

Scandal: Hillary Clinton assured the country in March that she had turned over every single work-related email from her private server. So why are there no emails for two months during a critical time at State?

The NFL is going to reject Tom Brady’s appeal and uphold the four-game suspension he is facing for his alleged role in Deflategate, according to one report. Stephen A. Smith said on ESPN’s “First Take” Tuesday morning that a source told him Roger Goodell will not reduce or overturn Brady’s suspension. Perhaps more shocking, Smith cited a separate source who told him Brady actually destroyed his own personal cell phone rather than just refusing to turn it over.

Iraq War veteran David Rodriguez steps into a softly lit classroom at the Institute for Advanced Study of Human Sexuality in San Francisco, crosses his legs and sits on a pillow in front of an altar decorated with a rope, a model of a penis and a statue of a Hindu god. Rodriguez, a retired Navy lieutenant commander who led an engineering battalion that dismantled roadside bombs, is here for a class on “sexual bodywork.” When instruction begins, he will join his classmates in practicing different forms of masturbation. “They do vulva massage and penis massage and anal massage,” said...

President Obama swung by The Daily Show earlier this week and was challenged by outgoing host Jon Stewart over government incompetence on his watch. Pressed on prominent instances of malfeasance and ineptitude that have plagued the federal bureaucracy during his administration — from the VA wait list scandal, to the catastrophic OPM hack, to the IRS targeting affair — Obama breezily dismissed the latter example as a non-scandal, chalking it up to Congress writing “crummy†laws that were merely implemented “poorly and stupidly.†The Washington Times reports: President Obama defended the IRS Tuesday in an interview with “Daily Show”...

HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) – The U.S. Marshals Service says one of its employees was photographed having sex on the roof of a federal courthouse in Pennsylvania. A resident of a nearby apartment building who was concerned that there was a security breach snapped the pictures this week and sent them to WHTM-TV in Harrisburg, which alerted authorities. U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane issued a statement Thursday confirming the employee’s involvement. He said the matter is under investigation.

It is rare for news events, even as momentous as the past week's, to drown out absolute proof that a candidate for president has lied willfully to the public and Congress. Yet precisely such proof has emerged, and it has appeared not only in this newspaper but also in The New York Times (albeit with a headline designed not to draw attention). Americans learned this spring that Hillary Clinton, in contravention of federal records rules and current law, conducted all her State Department business using a private email address, housed in a server at her home in Westchester County, N.Y....

A respected Wall Street analyst who has been investigating the Clinton Foundation’s finances alleges the “Big Four” accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers was a willing participant in a scheme by the Clintons and their associates to become personally enriched by the foundation, a crime known as inurement. Charles Ortel, a frequent guest on Bloomberg television and a contributor to the Washington Times and others, says in a draft report that he found “the PWC accounting work product for 2013 is riddled with uncorrected errors and falsehoods” as well as procedural defects so severe he has raised the possibility “the Clinton Foundation might...

LITTLE ROCK -- Is it the first sign of desperation or just force of habit on her part? Or maybe even clever strategy, however unprincipled or untruthful. For whatever reason, Hillary Rodham Clinton has decided to accuse a slew of Republican governors and presidential candidates of "systematically and deliberately" trying to deny millions of Americans, mainly the poor and black, of their right to vote. Now some of her Republican rivals, unimaginative but ever-hopeful types that they are, have begun to fight back by reciting the facts, little as those may matter to Ms., Mrs., Sen., Secretary, First Lady, Presidential...

Obviously the video provides more context, and there are some funny sketches included, but I've included some transcript below for the FREEPers. :). "Have you seen the pictures? I gotta tell you, I expected to see like a bi-racial looking Hally Berry type thing.. It’s not even close. She looks like a whiter version of the cousin from Arrested Development. If you’re going to fake being black.. why go full Wanda Sykes? At this point and it’s likely to change, the top three hashtags Rachel Dolezal #TransRacial #WrongSkin on twitter have been, for several hours. yet no liberal site is...

Unbelievable: SHADY Nigerian official gave MILLIONS to Clinton Foundation while Hillary COVERED for BOKO HARAM The Hillary scandals are getting so bad that it really does seem like we’re making them up, but we’re not. The latest is an attempt to solve the mystery behind why the government was so late to designating Boko Haram a “terrorist organization.” Unbelievably, it might have to do with a million dollar donor to the Clinton Foundation and his possible terrorist ties: A conservative group is suing the State Department in an effort to find out whether the agency’s refusal to place Boko Haram...

New testimony reveals that the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) used “hundreds of attorneys” to hide critical information from Congress’s investigation of the IRS targeting of conservatives. According to new congressional bombshell testimony today, the IRS set up a previously unknown “special project team” comprised of “hundreds of attorneys,” including the IRS Chief Counsel (one of only two politically appointed positions at the IRS). The “special project” this team was given? Concealing information from Congress.

IRS sends Congress unsigned form letter to brush off demands for Clinton Foundation investigation The IRS responded to a Republican request for an investigation into the Clinton Foundation's tax-exempt status with a one-page form letter that starts with "Dear Sir or Madam." In May, more than 50 House Republicans asked the IRS to review the Clinton Foundation's tax-exempt status, after it became clear that the foundation had failed to report millions of dollars in grants from foreign governments. That letter, led by Rep. Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee, said a review was "appropriate" given that this money was accepted and not...

Everyone has a FOIA horror story, though the one told by Vice News investigative reporter Jason Leopold in today’s FOIA hearing before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee deserves its very own headline. When asked about why some agencies just refuse to cough up material, Leopold offered this example: Leopold: The Office of Net Assessment (ONA) is the Pentagon’s in-house think tank. They spend millions and millions of dollars putting together reports — reports that they contract out about perhaps some futuristic warfare, or what the situation in the Middle East is going to look like with regards to...

In the latest of many flagrant examples of how tax dollars are wasted, government-issued credit cards were used by Department of Defense (DOD) employees to make more than $4 million in personal charges, including at casinos and strip clubs. During a one-year period the agency charged 20 million transactions for $3.4 billion on government credit cards, according to a DOD Inspector General report issued this month. About $3.2 million of it was spent at casinos and nearly $1 million on personal expenses, including about $100,000 at strip clubs by 646 card holders. The casino charges were made through 4,437 transactions...

Bill Clinton has a message to all those autocrats, petro-billionaires, compromised television journalists, and corporate titans who have been tied to a series of devastating exposes about the Clinton Foundation and its finances: I feel your pain. And we still need your money. [Snip] At times, the letter reads like a Clinton State of the Union speech of old, with him citing example after example of people who have been helped by the foundation’s work. One can almost imagine the “smallholder farmers in Africa” or the “women entrepreneurs in Latin America” or Wazia Chawala, a farmer and single mother in...

It has come to my attention that standards for what constitutes a scandal around Washington have been modified over the past few years. David - oh my, look at those trouser creases!- Brooks explains:"President Obama has run an amazingly scandal-free administration, not only he himself, but the people around him. He’s chosen people who have been pretty scandal-free," Butt one thing that remains a certifiable Washington scandal is sex. Especially if it involves either “gay” or “Republican.” Note: Democrats are immune to even these minimum standards. See David Brooks article cited above. So, if you’re still interested, there should be...

Bill Clinton and his phony, scandal tarred wife should be not allowed anywhere near the White House The media should be having a field day with presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. For her entire political life, Hillary Clinton’s name has been synonymous with scandal. From cattle futures to the Rose Law Firm to the White Travel Office, Hillary Clinton was never far from the scandals that plagued her husband’s presidency. Her tenure as Secretary of State did not include any significant accomplishments, but was marred by her inexcusable handling of the Benghazi terrorist attack. While serving as our nation’s top diplomat,...
