Martin Treptow,35, says he fired to protect his wife and two toddlers inside the family SUV. Lauderdale woman dragged for miles, killed after confronting hit-run driver UPDATE: Broward Sheriff Ken Jenne announced Monday afternoon the arrest of a man at New York's John F.
