PLANT CITY (FOX 13) - A driver with a history of road rage violence was shot and killed this morning in what deputies say was an apparent road rage altercation. The exchange happened on Dr. MLK Jr. Boulevard at Forbes Road in the Plant City area around 6:30 a.m. Investigators said that two drivers, 40-year-old Gary Durham and 42-year-old Robert Padgett, were involved in a confrontation. According to deputies, Padgett pulled out a gun and fatally shot Durham.

McDONOUGH — A road rage incident landed a Riverdale woman in jail Friday morning after she allegedly aimed her gun at another driver on the interstate. The Henry County Police Department was called just before 7:30 a.m. to the area of Interstate 75 South and Ga. Highway 155 in response to a person with a gun. A driver man is facing several criminal charges, after an attack on a motorcyclist in Yuma, Arizona, that was captured on the victim's helmet camera.  The video has garnered widespread attention and has been viewed over 7million times on YouTube.  The footage shows driver Lee Schismenos getting out of his car, punching motorcyclist Cody Munoz and shoving Luisa Loy, 21, who was a passenger.

AUGUSTA — A federal law enforcement officer from Vermont was arrested in West Gardiner on Wednesday after allegedly aiming a loaded handgun at another vehicle on Interstate 95. Maine State Police officers arrested Demitria Buhalis, 41, of Brownsville, Vermont, and charged her with aggravated criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, a Class C felony, said Lt. FORT MEADE, Md. (AP) — A person believed responsible for shootings along highways over the last two weeks in the Baltimore-Washington area, including shots that damaged a National Security Agency building, is in custody, the FBI said early Wednesday. The FBI believes the person in custody is responsible for shootings along Maryland highways, including one near the Fort Meade Army installation, which is home to the NSA, FBI spokeswoman Amy Thoreson said in a statement.
