Scott Walker seems fixated on Marco Rubio. Wednesday on CNN, the Wisconsin governor *again* suggested Rubio should be his running mate. Walker couched it in terms that his supporters keep on bringing up Rubio’s name. But Walker has done it enough times to suggest it’s something else.
