COLUMBIA, SC CSX has upped the reward it is offering for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or people responsible for the August 5th train accident in Lugoff. TUCSON, Ariz. – Arizona executioners injected Joseph Rudolph Wood with a lethal combination of drugs 15 times during the nearly two hours it took for him to die, according to documents released Friday.
