President Moshe Katsav exhorted 17 Israelis slated to take up postings abroad as ambassadors and consuls to go out and win the public relations war for Israel. Katsav spoke at a reception at Beit Hanassi for the diplomats who are expected to head overseas to represent Israel over the next two months.
