MSNBC anchor Brian Williams apologized on behalf of his network after it broadcast a vulgarity from Texas Senate candidate Beto O'Rourke. "I'm so f—-ing proud of you guys," O'Rourke said during his concession speech on Tuesday night after losing his election to Ted Cruz. The curse word was not censored on MSNBC.
