The call was actually from Alexey Stolyarov and Vladimir Kuznetsov, who made a name for themselves making prank calls to high profile Americans and Europeans according to Politico, which shared recordings of the calls. JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) – Authorities have arrested an 18-year-old Jefferson City man after he allegedly made 55 false emergency calls to 9-1-1. Court documents say Justin M- Hohman called the Jefferson City police dispatch center between March and July. The calls ranged from reports of accidents with inujuries or downed power lines to him just yelling at the dispatcher.
