On the evening in which 60 Senators who caucus with Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) voted to move forward with debate on the 2,074 page "health care" bill, Senator Reid pointed to this as a historical moment: "What happened just now has never happened in the long history of the United States Senate."
