HARRISBURG, Pa. — The Pennsylvania Department of Health and Human Services issued updated guidance to ease restrictions at long-term care facilities (LCTFs). The plan will allow nursing homes, personal care homes, assisted living residences and private intermediate care facilities to safely resume activities, visitation, and other events for residents.
