RUSH: So Alyssa Marino is an infobabe reporterette for ABC Eyeball News 57 in South Bend, Indiana. And she went shopping the other day. She got her crew and she went shopping for bigots. She wanted to find racists. She wanted to find anti-gay Christian zealots. She didn't have any evidence that there were any. There had been no news made about any anti-gay discrimination in Indiana. None. But that didn't matter. Because the news in Indiana is not real; it's fake, as was the news out of Ferguson, Missouri. As was the news at the University Virginia and the...

The pizza shop in Walkerton, Ind. — a small town of about 2,200 people about 20 miles south of South Bend — doesn’t look like the epicenter of a national controversy. The black-and-white linoleum and red booths are unassuming — the decor of any take-out joint anywhere in America. A Triple XXX Root Beer will set you back $2. It even has a piano — and a prayer suggestion box. “Every day before we open the store, we gather and pray together,” reads a sign posted in the store, which also boasts numerous crosses, including one that says “Glorify the...

Memories Pizza owner Crystal O’Connor previously said, “If a gay couple came in and wanted us to provide pizzas for their wedding, we would have to say no” Memories Pizza, the Indiana restaurant that temporarily closed on Wednesday due to backlash resulting from its public refusal to cater same-sex weddings, has had a major reversal of fortune. Over 3,600 people have banded together to “relieve the financial loss endured by the proprietors’ stand for faith” and raised a total of $108,555 in just 17 hours through crowdfunding site GoFundMe. Memories Pizza, “a proud Christian establishment,” took the national spotlight on...

A pizza parlour that said it will use Indiana's heavily-criticized new religious freedom law to deny services to same-sex couples provoked a massive backlash across the Internet on Tuesday and Wednesday. Indiana's Republican governor Mike Pence responded Tuesday to national outrage over the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, by saying he'll "fix" the bill to ensure businesses cannot use the law to deny services to the LGBTQ community. But, not before Memories Pizza in Walkerton, Indiana, chimed in. "If a gay couple came in and wanted us to provide pizzas for their wedding, we would have to say no," owner Crystal...

The gay fascists went crazy on yelp to destroy a business that dared to say it would not cater a gay wedding. Here is part of the story, then you can check out what they are doing on yelp. Gays no longer want to just lead their lives and be left alone. They really do want to destroy Christianity and any business that will not find what they do to be wholesome. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ http://www.yelp.com/biz/memories-pizza-walkerton FROM THE STORY: http://www.abc57.com/story/28681598/rfra-first-business-to-publicly-deny-same-sex-service

Everyone has a friend who says they don't want any pizza when everyone is pitching in for an order, but is "famished all of a sudden and will only eat a slice" as soon as the boxes full of delicious, cheesy magic arrive. Cats are always that friend. You give them a home, buy them food you can't even eat and then they get their paws all over your dinner. The worst part is cats are amazing, and they are extra cute trying to be stealthy stealing pizza. It's a horrible tradition and it should never stop. Check out the...

(CBS SF) — A new study finds kids are gobbling up pizza at an alarming rate. The Journal of Pediatrics study found nearly a quarter of all American kids are eating pizza on any given day and that pizza makes up nearly a quarter of their calories. The study found kids and teens are getting more calories from pizza than anything else they eat — besides dessert. For many, it’s a wake-up call to reevaluate how parents feed their kids.

A Papa John's delivery driver in Dekalb County, Georgia is worried that she might lose her job for defending her life earlier this week against a pair of armed robbers. Pizza Hut is letting customers play mad scientist, giving them the freedom to make pies with honey Sriracha sauce or add curry flavor to the crusts. The atypical flavors and new ingredients are part of a menu overhaul set to be announced Monday and hit stores Nov. 19. Executives are hoping the revamp — which includes an updated logo and more relaxed uniforms for workers — will be the trick that finally jumpstarts sales. Even as rivals Domino's and Papa John's have enjoyed growth, Pizza Hut has reported sales declines for eight straight quarters at established locations.

Update: This story now has a happy ending. Just around the time this article went live — about 20 hours after nurse Kaci Hickox requested a pizza — a Bangor Daily News reporter tweeted this photo of the pizza being delivered. The company apparently did indeed get the Maine police's sign off. First, it was Kaci Hickox, a nurse with Doctors Without Borders, who was held in quarantine at Newark Airport when she returned from treating Ebola patients in West Africa — even after she tested negative for the disease twice. She is now in quarantine at her house in...

Should you be so inclined as to walk up to a random man in a fast-food joint, late at night, after consuming alcohol and grab him by the hand before slapping him across the face with a slice of pizza, do not be shocked when he hits you back. This is what happened to a young man from Ontario, Canada, who wanted to play what he saw as an innocent prank on a man that had been annoying a friend of his after a night out. Al Sutcliffe was filmed playing a ‘pizza slap’ prank on a man in a...

Like thousands of his fellow Coloradans, Peyton Manning is buzzing off the state's legalization of marijuana. But it's a different kind of high for the Denver Broncos quarterback, who credits legal pot with booming sales at his Papa John's pizza franchises. Manning purchased 21 Papa John's locations statewide shortly before voters passed Colorado Amendment 64 in late 2012, and he's been raking in the money ever since.

Pizza Hut is testing out a lighter pizza in two U.S. markets as it seeks to freshen up its menu and regain its footing against competitors. The tests of the "Skinny Slice" pies began this week at several dozen restaurants in Toledo, Ohio, and West Palm Beach, Florida. The pies simply use less of the same dough used for regular pies and are lighter on the toppings, said Doug Terfehr, a Pizza Hut spokesman.
