A subsidiary of the Russian state corporation Rostech has offered to build a pipeline that will carry gas from Iran to cities in Pakistan. The project is estimated to cost $2.5 billion dollars. At least five people were rushed to the hospital with burns after a “major gas line explosion” at the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office gun range, a department official said.
