WHEELING, W.Va - A Wheeling man is behind bars after police say he attempted to have a sexual relationship with a 12-year-old boy. According to officials with the West Virginia State Police, Christopher John Roshak, 31, of Wheeling sent the child a friend request on Facebook, where the mother accepted.
