WAS SHE IN HAWAII OR OVERSEAS FROM 1961-64?(May 3, 2011) — Following a lawsuit filed by Mr. Christopher Strunk against the U.S. State Department which resulted in the release of some of Stanley Ann Dunham’s passport applications and travel records, The Post & Email contacted Mr. Jonathan Rolbin at the State Department, whose cover letter to Strunk had implied that the remainder of her records had been ordered destroyed in the 1980s. Since Mr. Rolbin’s letter to Strunk stated that the General Services Administration was responsible for ordering the destruction of passport files, we first contacted that agency. The GSA...

If you don’t want it to get even harder for a U.S. citizen to get a passport — now required for travel even to Canada or Mexico — you only have until Monday to let the State Department know. The U.S. Department of State is proposing a new Biographical Questionnaire for some passport applicants: The proposed new Form DS-5513 asks for all addresses since birth; lifetime employment history including employers’ and supervisors names, addresses, and telephone numbers; personal details of all siblings; mother’s address one year prior to your birth; any “religious ceremony” around the time of birth; and a...

Olga sez, "The U.S. Dept of State is proposing a new Biographical Questionnaire for passport applicants: proposed new Form DS-5513 asks for all addresses since birth; lifetime employment history, personal details of siblings; mother's addresses prior to your birth; any "religious ceremony" around time of birth, circumstances of birth including names (as well as addresses/phone numbers) of persons present, & more. Failure to answer can mean denial of passport, & govt reserves right to use this info for 'routine uses.'" Update: Commenters note that this form is specifically intended in lieu of a birth certificate with a passport application; but...

ANCHORAGE (AP) — For years, the man known as Rafael Espinoza was widely respected as an exemplary police officer popular among his peers here. All that ended last week when the authorities accused him of actually being Rafael Mora-Lopez, a Mexican citizen who stole another man’s identity and was in the United States illegally. “His reputation here is one of a hard-working officer, one who was very professional,” Chief Mark Mew of the Anchorage police said Friday in announcing Mr. Mora-Lopez’s arrest. “The problem, obviously, is he is not Rafael Espinoza.” posted using frpa

Did I read what Trump just told Hannity right? That he has Osama's college grades and papers? Now that would be a treasure trove, cuz I firmly believe that regardless of where Osama was born be attended college as a foreign student, lied all thru college and claimed various affiliations which he benefited from. Did I hear Trump right?

NEW YORK (AFP) – A dual US-Lebanese citizen has been extradited from Paraguay and charged with supporting Lebanon's Hezbollah militant force, US officials said Friday. Moussa Ali Hamdan, 38, appeared in court in Philadelphia following his extradition and has been charged with providing "material support to Hezbollah, a designated foreign terrorist organization," the federal prosecutor's office in Pennsylvania said in a statement. Hamdan was arrested by Paraguayan authorities June 15 on suspicion of supporting terrorism and was subsequently handed over to US custody. He is accused in the United States on 28 counts including conspiring to supply Hezbollah with proceeds...

Here is the appeal to DOS for Obama’s mother’s passport and consular records. Many hours of research of Department of State and National Archive policies, procedures and history strongly suggests that the federal government agency illegally and intentionally destroyed Obama’s mothers 1965 passport application and possible prior applications in an attempt to cover up Obama’s birth story and whether he is a natural born citizen as required by the Constitution.

Lost in the wake of the horrific shootings in Tuc son was a modest battle in the culture war: The State Department quietly decreed that some passport applications would henceforth be gender neutral. No more "mother" and "father"; such terms were apparently too retro, too judgmental for the Foggy Bottom bonzes. Instead, Parent One and Parent Two would do just fine. O Brave New World, that has such bureaucrats in it. A backlash quickly ensued, so Secretary of State Hillary Clinton backed away (some), ordering that the terms "mother" and "father" could peacefully coexist with the new "parent" designations on...

If you needed any further proof that our nation is being run by a gaggle of incompetents here you go: From the Telegraph: Civil servants Kathy and Edward Francis planned to surprise their grandson Micah Strachan with the holiday of a lifetime to Florida in February. They were only going to tell Micah about it when they took him to the airport on February 19 for the flight to the US. They had already spent more than £1,500 on plane tickets and had been organising the trip for months. But this week US Embassy officials denied the schoolboy a visa...

Goodbye, Mom and Dad. Hello, Parent One and Parent Two. The State Department has decided to make U.S. passport application forms "gender neutral" by removing references to mother and father, officials said, in favor of language that describes one's parentage somewhat less tenderly. The change is "in recognition of different types of families," according to a statement issued just before Christmas that drew widespread attention Friday after a Fox News report. The announcement of the change was buried at the end of a Dec. 22 news release, titled "Consular Report of Birth Abroad Certificate Improvements," that highlighted unrelated security changes....

Mr. Obama's trip to India may not be the great diplomatic success that the administration was hoping for. Our friends in the world's most populous democracy are getting steamed over the state department's heavy handed tactics. High ranking officials from the state of Maharashtra were invited to an event at the Taj Mahal hotel with Mr. Obama, but were told that they would have to show their papers to get in. According to The Times of India: Miffed by the US consulate demanding personal details like birth date, nationality and passport number, Maharashtra's top politicians and bureaucrats have decided to...

Passport Update Background: The Department of State responded to Chris Strunk’s FOIA request for Obama’s mother’s passport applications by releasing passport records including a 1967 amendment to a 1965 passport and a request to renew that passport in 1968. Both those documents alluded to a 1965 passport, but the Passport Office said they could not find either the 1965 passport application or any record of it. In an affidavit, the person in charge of responding to FOIA requests at the Passport Office, Alex Galovich, suggested that the records from that time period may have been destroyed. He claimed to have...

OK... by now it is clear that the Kenyan Usurper is not only the worst president of all time, but one of the most unpopular. The American public -- even those who claim to like Barry a little bit -- have lost confidence in him. This is an intolerable situation that is unprecedented in modern times. Not even Carter saw such a huge, obvious meltdown. It's also pretty clear that the Republicans will seize convincing majorities in both houses of Congress in November. I expect as many as 100 picked-up seats in the House and a re-taking of the Senate....

A plane-load of people flew into Britain from Spain without having their documents checked in either country, officials have admitted. Passengers on the Ryanair flight are furious that there was no system in place to check for possible illegal immigrants or terrorists. The plane left Malaga and flew into Bournemouth, where the 180 passengers walked out of the airport without showing their passports.
