French police were searching Thursday for two "radicalised" women linked to a car containing six gas cylinders found in central Paris, with four people already held as part of the investigation. Arson suspected after a building set to house 90 migrants caught fire this morning, the same day that Paris revealed plans for its first official migrant camps. Police have arrested an Afghan asylum seeker in Paris who was suspected of plotting a terror attack on the French capital to be carried out within days. Security agencies had circulated a photo of the suspect to police earlier this week but they did not have a name for the individual, who had been claiming on social media that he was going to carry out an attack.

American media has been noticeably silent about the Molotov cocktail firebombing of a bus in Paris last week by a large gang which yelled ‘Allah Akbar.’ The attack happened just after midnight on July 28 in the Paris neighborhood of Saint-Denis.
