Former Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin, her husband Todd and other members of her family were in Springfield Sunday morning to tour the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Museum. Shortly after 11 a.m., museum officials posted pictures of the visit on Facebook. Palin's political action committee website also made mention of her stop in Springfield. NBC News' Alexandra Moe also posted a photo on Twitter of Palin's bus passing the Statehouse.
