There were times during a Thursday rally Barack Obama couldn’t help but talk about himself, even though he was supposed to be talking about other people. There were other times he could barely talk at all. During the Cleveland rally for Rich Cordray and Betty Sutton, Obama repeatedly talked about himself, despite the candidates sitting behind him. Several times, he stuttered as he attempted to attack President Trump and the success of recent Republican initiatives.

Cincinnati police named Omar Santa-Perez as the man responsible for the deadly shooting in downtown Cincinnati on Thursday morning. A plaintiff named Omar Santa-Perez, whose listed North Bend, Ohio, address in court documents is the same searched by police on Thursday, filed two lawsuits in 2017 and 2018 claiming that large organizations “maintained electronic watch” or made “unwarranted intrusion” onto his personal devices, according to court records.

Four people – including the gunman --are dead following what police called an active shooter situation in downtown Cincinnati. It happened around 9 a.m. Thursday at Fifth Third Center on Walnut Street, a 30-story building that's home to regional banker Fifth Third Bancorp and other businesses. Police said the gunman, identified by several law enforcement sources as Omar Enrique Perez, 29, entered the building through a loading dock and made his way to the lobby of the office building. CINCINNATI -- Police say four people are dead, including the gunman, in a downtown Cincinnati bank shooting. Two other victims had gunshot wounds. Cincinnati Mayor John Cranley said the gunman was "actively shooting innocent victims" and that it was a "horrific" scene. Police Chief Eliot Isaac said the shooter opened fire early Thursday morning at the loading dock of the Fifth Third Bank building. Isaac said the gunman then entered the bank's lobby. Facebook LEBANON, Ohio - A nonprofit in Lebanon is pulling out of its program for inmates at the Warren Correctional Institution. The program allowed some inmates to interact with dogs. An Ohio officer shot his police dog after it attacked him, leaving him with serious bite wounds, the Columbus Police Department said. Officer Brian Carter underwent surgery at a hospital and K9 Benzi, a 3-year-old Belgian Malinois, was humanely euthanized.
