PITTSBURGH - An 11th-grade student at University Prep 6-12 school in Pittsburgh was found in possession of 10 stamp bags of heroin, according to a spokeswoman for Pittsburgh Public Schools. Security said they became suspicious of the student when he arrived at school Tuesday morning and appeared to be under the influence.
