Let’s recap yesterday’s round of cultural enrichment.First, we had a terror attack in Seaside Park, New Jersey. The pipe bomb was set to go off next to thousands of racers running by in a 5k charity race for Marines. Had it not been for a late start, we’d be talking about #NewJerseyStrong and the deaths of hundreds of our fellow Americans.Second, a Muslim Jihadist went on a stabbing rampage at a mall in St. Cloud, Minnesota. He went around asking people if they were Muslim and if they answered no, he stabbed them yelling “Allahu Akbarâ€. He’s instructed to do...

An explosion that injured 29 people when it rocked a crowded Manhattan neighborhood Saturday night has been determined to be an "intentional act," and New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said it was clearly "an act of terrorism." The explosion, on West 23rd Street between Sixth and Seventh avenues in the Chelsea neighborhood, was reported around 8:30 p.m. Twenty-nine people were hospitalized with injuries, but they had all been released by Sunday afternoon, authorities said. "A bomb exploding in New York is obviously an act of terrorism," Cuomo said Sunday morning.

Alam told the Daily News." "Alam watched from the sidewalk...

"The New York City Police Department said the explosion in Chelsea Saturday night that injured dozens of people was "definitely" a bomb, with components indicative of an IED being found at the blast site." NYPD Commissioner James O'Neill said investigators are working to determine the motivation behind the bombing and find out who did it. He described the multi-agency effort as a "very complex post-blast investigation." "We definitely had a bombing last night on 23rd Street and we had a suspicious device on 27th Street," O'Neill said.

A 911 caller warned of further explosions right after the blast that rocked Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood and injured 29 people, The Post has learned. “I’m looking at the explosion down the block. There will be more,” the unidentified male said, claiming to be standing at 23rd Street and Seventh Avenue in the aftermath of the terrifying incident, according to law-enforcement sources Sunday. The bomb appears to have been a pressure-cooker device, sources said. This was nuts. Far left activist Richard Fowler told the panel on Sunday Morning Futures the word “terror” is an offensive term because Muslims may have hurt feelings. Richard Fowler: Here’s what DeBlasio tried to do yesterday, right? Yes, it was an intentional act. Yes, it was an act of terror. The problem is when you say the word ‘terror’ because of word association it automatically assumes you are talking about people of the Muslim faith. And that is why he said an intentional act and not terrorism because we don’t know if it was Muslim. None of these organizations...

There’s been an explosion on West 23rd St. in Chelsea between Sixth and Seventh Avenues. I’m watching TV in New York. The whole thing is being ignored. Maybe 25 people have been hurt. We have two 10pm newscasts– on Fox 5 and Channel 11. Neither of them has cut into sports broadcasting to report the story. The local network affiliates– NBC, ABC, CBS– not a word. We are in the most media centric city in the world, mind you. CNN is trying to cover the story but Don Lemon can’t figure out where Chelsea is, or where the explosion is....

Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton said late Saturday night that it is important to “know the facts” before drawing conclusions about incidents such as the explosion in New York City.
