CHELSEA, Manhattan — Multiple people were injured during an outdoor explosion in Chelsea Saturday night. The explosion happened at 135 23rd St. between Sixth and Seventh avenues. It was not immediately clear how many people were injured or the severity of their injuries. The FDNY is on the scene with the NYPD.
