  • Change Gun-Free Zones to CCW Zones

Instead of hiring a multitude of security officers and subjecting children to a daily routine resembling the TSA, opt to be a CCW Zone. Better to have a killer guessing who’s armed as opposed to knowing who’s armed. Killers will not stop killing because AR-15’s are banned. They will stop killing if shot.
  • Loesch: I Wn't Have Been Able To Exit CNN T Hall If I Didn't Have A Sec Detail(Screamed 'Burn Her')

    02/22/2018 11:36:46 AM PST · by Altura Ct. · 73 replies
NRA spokeswoman Dana Loesch said Thursday morning at CPAC that she wouldn't have been able to exit last night's town hall on the Parkland, Fla. school shooting if she didn't have a security detail. Loesch faced off with students who survived the shooting at a CNN-hosted forum. "I want to make this super obvious point," Loesch said. "The government has proven that they cannot keep you safe. And yet, some people want all of us to disarm. You heard that town hall last night. They cheered the confiscation of firearms. And it was over 5,000 people." "I had to have...
  • CNN, Jake Tapper Face Growing Criticism Over ‘Abusive’ Anti-Gun ‘Show Trial’

CNN’s anti-gun town hall event and its left-wing moderator, Jake Tapper, are facing widespread criticism over what many saw as a bullying “show trial.” Tapper is being singled out for much of the criticism from those who say he remained silent as abusive personal attacks were hurled at Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) and NRA spokesperson Dana Loesch. Incredibly, Tapper also remained silent as his audience booed a rape victim. At the Wednesday night spectacle, those in favor of protecting our Second Amendment civil rights were vastly outnumbered by an audience packed with hostile gun-haters and emotional questioners, including children. According...
  • Billionaire Bill Gates has no idea how commoners spend their money

    02/22/2018 10:33:47 AM PST · by nickcarraway · 43 replies
It’s been awhile since billionaire Bill Gates had to grocery shop among us plebs, so you’ll forgive him if he’s a little disconnected from the price of common items. The Microsoft co-founder appeared on “Ellen” yesterday, where the daytime host had him guessing costs of supermarket sundries like Rice-a-Roni, pizza rolls and forbidden snack-du-jour Tide Pods. SNIP Gates pegged Rice-a-Roni at $5 (it’s $1). He thought a container of Tide Pods cost $4. Please, it’s $19.97. After guessing an exorbitantly high cost for Totino’s Pizza Rolls, the audience took pity on him and pointed him to a more on-the-nose answer...
  • NRA head lashes out at gun control advocates: 'They hate individual freedom'

Wayne LaPierre, the head of the NRA, broke his silence a week after the Florida school shooting with an unrepentant defence of gun rights and an aggressive attack on political elites who “hate individual freedom”. LaPierre used his address to the conservative conference CPAC to hit out at anti-gun campaigners, who, led by young survivors of the shooting, have attempted to make political headway in the last week. “They fantasise about more laws stopping what other laws have failed to stop,” the National Rifle Association executive vice-president said. “So many existing laws were ignored.” He added: “They don’t care if...

As you know, CNN has a tendency to fake the news. It held a debate in which the Clinton campaign was fed questions ahead of time. Here's a list of their fake news for 2017 alone. Yesterday CNN held a "town hall" in which it propped up Marco Rubio and Dana Loesch to be used as leftist cannon fodder. Wednesday's CNN town hall to promote gun control and gun grabbing was off the rails from the start. So-called moderator Jake Tapper sat back as the wild crowd targeted Republican Senator Marco Rubio (Fla.) with boos and jeers for basically just being there....

In her latest appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show Thursday, Oprah Winfrey opened up about her hefty donation to the March for Our Lives movement and responded to the president’s "hate tweet" against her. Following the tragic deadly school shooting in Parkland, Fla. Winfrey announced that she would be following George and Amal Clooney, Jeffrey and Marilyn Katzenberg and Steven Spielberg and Kate Capshaw and making a $500,000 donation to support the March for Our Lives demonstration in which students “will take to the streets of Washington, D.C. to demand that their lives and safety become a priority” and that...

Being a shooting victim doesn’t make you an expert on ending gun violence. But you wouldn’t know that from watching CNN. It’s been a week since a monster killed 17 people at a Florida high school. The calls for gun control have been reflexive and ambiguous, but the media have found a new mouthpiece — shooting survivors. “Students seize control of gun debate” blared a MSNBC caption. An organization portraying itself as being made up of students announced a March 24 rally in D.C. and other cities called “March For Our Lives.” Some students say they won’t return to class...

Wayne LaPierre, executive vice president and CEO of the National Rifle Association, on Thursday called for more trained armed security personnel in schools in the wake of the recent Florida shooting. He said school districts, PTAs, teachers unions, and law enforcement officials have to come together to implement new protections, “including effective, trained, armed security that will absolutely protect every innocent child in this country.” Speaking at the 2018 Conservative Political Action Conference, Mr. LaPierre said the idea that armed security makes people less safe is “completely ridiculous.” “We must immediately harden our schools. Every day, young children are being...

CNN reached out directly to The Daily Caller to deny the claim made by a Stoneman Douglas High School shooting survivor in regard to Wednesday night's gun safety town hall in Florida.Colton Haab, a JROTC enlistee who has previously spoken with media outlets about how he helped his peers seek shelter during the shooting, did not take part in Wednesday's event on the grounds that CNN attempted to plant "scripted" questions for him to ask. • Wayne Lapierre CPAC 2018: SHREDS Media, Democrats & Fbi 2/22/18

Wayne LaPierre, the CEO of the NRA, made an unannounced visit to CPAC on Thursday morning — where he promptly ripped the media, Democrats, and even the FBI in the wake “As usual, the opportunists wasted not one second to exploit for political gain,” LaPierre said. He added, “The breathless national media [was] eager to smear the NRA.” LaPierre’s appearance was not publicized on the published CPAC agenda — released earlier this week — so as to minimize public protest. But on the agenda given to attendees Thursday, LaPierre’s name was included. As millions of Americans searched for meaningful solutions...

Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School student Colton Haab said he was approached by CNN to ask a question at Wednesday night's town hall but decided not to after the network gave him a "scripted question," quashing one he wrote himself. Haab, a member of the Junior ROTC shielded students while the school was under attack from the shooter, said he was going to ask about using veterans as armed security guards. "CNN had originally asked me to write a speech and questions and it ended up being all scripted," Haab told WPLG-TV

I wish that I could tell you that my life in Bangkok is better with very few guns in the city, but now I have to watch out for bombs. I have been living in Bangkok for nearly half a decade now, but I was raised in America, and I too am watching the extensive back and forth between gun rights supporters and those pushing for strict gun control in the wake of the Florida school shooting. In my extensive world travels, I have made a number of observations in countries that have gun control that might add something of...

“We have to do something.” I’ve heard that phrase time and again from politicians and gun control spokesmen. With some 23 thousand firearms regulations already on the books, it seems that we’ve done quite a lot that hasn’t worked. Those ineffective laws don’t stop the urge for more feel-good regulation after the murders in Parkland, Florida. We tried mandatory background checks. Those laws didn’t stop the mass murder at Umpqua Community College in Oregon. Background checks didn’t stop the murders at Isla Vista, California, or at the Inland Regional Center in San Bernardino, California. I chose these particular examples because...

SUNRISE, Fla. — Republican Sen. Marco Rubio was put on the defensive Wednesday by angry students, teachers and parents who are demanding stronger gun-control measures after the shooting rampage that claimed 17 lives at a Florida high school. One of those confronting the Florida senator at a CNN's "Stand Up" town hall Wednesday night was Fred Guttenberg, whose 14-year-old daughter Jaime was killed on Feb. 14 with 16 others. Rubio was the lone Republican at the nationally broadcast gathering after Florida's GOP Gov. Rick Scott and President Donald Trump declined invitations to appear at the event in Sunrise, Florida. ......

submit to reddit A survivor of the Parkland, FL school shooting got into an intense clash with Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) during Wednesday night’s CNN Town Hall. Cameron Kasky, a junior at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High, put the question directly to Rubio. “Senator Rubio, can you tell me right now that you will not accept a single donation from the NRA in the future?” Kasky said. Rubio replied, “I can tell you that people buy into my agenda. And I do support the second amendment.”

As expected – buried deep inside a Miami Herald article about the Parkland school shooter, Nikolas Cruz, and a school board questioning their progressive policies, we find the following: […] Absent Cruz’s school records, it is hard to say precisely when Cruz’s behavior became an acute problem for teachers and administrators. Disciplinary reports obtained by the Herald show that at Westglades Middle School, which he attended in 2013, he’d been cited numerous times for disrupting class, unruly behavior, insulting or profane language, profanity toward staff, disobedience and other rules violations. Records show the behaviors continued at Marjory Stoneman Douglas [High...

Sen. Ted Cruz was asked by a TMZ reporter in Washington, D.C., last week if Hollywood, while touting overwhelming opposition to the Second Amendment, shares blame for gun violence due to its influence in American culture. And the Republican from Texas shot straight from the hip. I don’t think this is one too many movies with cowboys and Indians or [Arnold] Schwarzenegger, Quentin Tarantino, or what have you. I don’t think that’s the cause. Evil has always been with us. Now Hollywood does glorify violence, and I’ve got to say I wish we had a little bit less of that....
