Three teenagers were charged for the murder of a homeless Hoboken man who authorities claim was the victim of a violent game called “knockout.” The boys, two 13-year-olds and a 14-year-old, allegedly followed Ralph Erick Santiago, 46, on Third St. before one of the teens threw a punch at the victim’s head on Sept. 10, prosecutors said.
