After listening to SCUMBAG Wheeler attempting to shock Americans into thinking that Trump is responsible for all the hate, decisiveness, riots, violence & vandalism in his city of Portland for the last 3 months, I decided SCUMBAG Wheeler is not fit for public office in the United States of America and must be removed...So, even though I live in Colorado, I am going to establish a petition, under Oregon law, to remove SCUMBAG Wheeler from the office of Portland's Mayor.
