The move suggests that the Senate’s patience for 2ndAmendment legislation may be about up. Legislation to allow guns on all public property, including New Hampshire college campuses, is coming up for a vote in the state Senate. The Senate Judiciary Committee is recommending that lawmakers study the idea, not put it into effect. The full Senate will vote on that bill and other bills to soften gun regulations on Wednesday.
