To all the Freepers who keep saying it isn't about the birth certificate, it's about the parent's (i.e. Obama's father's) citizenship: It is about BOTH. You must be born in country of two U.S. citizen parents. BOTH tests apply. There is some justification for out of country births by U.S. diplomats and Military serving oversees. Obama’s father and mother were not U.S. diplomats or Military serving overseas. So, If Obama was not born in the U.S. he is ineligible.
