  • Obama Sends Bizarre Fundraising E-mail After Debate Loss

Waking up this morning, I had a ton of e-mail in my inbox, but one really stood out. It was a fundraising e-mail for Barack Obama. Yes, even after his dismal debate performance against Mitt Romney, Obama was back to fundraising. But his e-mail message was one of the strangest I've seen. First, let's start with the subject line. Again... this was an e-mail from Barack Obama's campaign. Supposedly, these are not a bunch of amateurs. Yet the subject line was simply: Hey. That's it. Just "Hey." They might have well just said Yo! Then, we have the e-mail itself....

Obama did nothing to fix debt crisis or reform entitlementsHarry S. Truman famously placed a wood sign on the Oval Office desk that read, “The buck stops here.” The tradition of the president taking full responsibility for what happens on his watch apparently hasn’t been adopted by Barack Obama. President Obama prefers to pass the buck. CBS correspondent Steve Kroft asked Mr. Obama on Sunday about the national debt going up 60 percent during his first term. The president blamed the previous administration’s policies for “90 percent of it.” By his account, four straight years of trillion-dollar budget deficits were...

This is the case that refuses to die. Forty-two years ago, the wife and daughters of a handsome young Green Beret doctor, Jeffrey MacDonald, were stabbed and bludgeoned to death at the family home in military housing at Ft. Bragg, N.C. MacDonald, now 68, is serving three life sentences for the crime, which spawned a bestselling book, "Fatal Vision," a hit TV miniseries and decades of speculation over whether MacDonald is a sadistic killer or a victim of injustice. In federal court Monday in Wilmington, N.C., the case will play out once again with all its lurid details — drug-crazed...

After President Obama delivered remarks on Libya this morning from the White House--and before his planned trip to Las Vegas--he visited the State Department to deliver more personal and more private remarks. He wanted to offer encouragement after four State Department workers were murdered yesterday in Libya. A State Department official described the event to the White House pooler. "Obama spoke for about 15 minutes to a large crowd gathered in the courtyard in the middle of the State Department Building. There were at least a couple of hundred people gathered for the president's remarks, some people watching from the...

As Election Day approaches, President Obama is sharing a few important things about himself. He has mentioned more than once in recent weeks that he cooks “a really mean chili.” He has impressive musical pitch, he told an Iowa audience. He is “a surprisingly good pool player,” he informed an interviewer — not to mention (though he does) a doodler of unusual skill.

When I heard Neil Armstrong had passed away, it took me a while to hit me fully. I saw people send messages of remembrance and commemoration, and decided I should do my own, to show how much respect I have for a real American hero: el SOOPer@SooperMexican Neil Armstrong represented American hope, pride and excellence. President Obama's agenda for a second term includes bringing peace to the Middle East. "I have not been able to move the peace process forward in the Middle East the way I wanted," he said in an interview with WJLA, the ABC affiliate in Washington, D.C. "It's something we focused on very early. But the truth of the matter is, that the parties, they've got to want it as well."

A lot of people were taken aback today by a bold, out of the blue campaign fund raising tactic. The campaign to retain The Usurper in the pResidency has asked that ordinary folks give up their gifts. That's wedding gifts, birthday gifts, anniversary gifts and for all we know, the flowers and candy you were going to give that "special someone" on Sweetest Day (because they already missed out on Valentine's day.) http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2898508/posts http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2898434/posts I'm sure that if the months of December and November were reversed on the calendar, the children's Christmas toys and stocking stuffers would be fair game...

The Obama Record: The chief executive who swore to faithfully execute the nation's laws picks those he'll ignore and makes up others through regulation and executive order. He sees no need for a Congress or Constitution. Maybe it's because Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts stumbled a bit in leading President Obama through the oath of office that the president doesn't feel bound by it. But through the awkwardness these words were heard: "I, Barack Hussein Obama, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best...

Sociopaths are masters at influence and deception. Very little of what they say actually checks out in terms of facts or reality, but they're extremely skillful at making the things they say sound believable, even if they're just making them up out of thin air.

Bestselling author and former favorite of the Left Ed Klein has a out, titled after a label he claims Bill Clinton applied to Obama in private not that long ago, calling him an 'amateur'. In it, Klein takes a look at why the Obamas fell-out with Oprah, the stealth power of Valerie Jarrett,  towering arrogance of the Bolshevik Boy Wonder, as well as how much Bubba would like to choke him... Hardly a guy that anybody would consider a right-wing extremist, Klein is the former editor of the NYT Magazine and overseas editor for Newsweek who's put out books on the Kennedys and...

Visitors to the White House website were treated to major revisions in the biographies of the Presidents. Some highlights of these revisions included: George Washington, in an effort to create a nation that could later be ruled by Barack Obama persevered through many hardships and overcame long odds to defeat the powerful British Army and establish the United States of America in 1781. Abraham Lincoln, anticipating the need for Barack Obama to rescue the nation from the despair of eight years of George W. Bush, issued the emancipation proclamation in 1862 declaring Blacks residing in areas outside of the control...

Everyone knows presidents have larger-than-life size egos. It goes with the job. But changes on the official White House website reveal that we’ve never had a self-regarding narcissist quite like the Oval Office’s current occupant. They also reveal a fatal flaw in the Obama presidency, which is bad news for the rest of us if Barack Obama wins a second term. It seems the Obama team has been taking the website’s standard biographies of past presidents and inserting gratuitous references to our Beloved Leader. That’s led to entries like, “On February 22, 1924 Calvin Coolidge became the first president to...

In a revealing new book, The Amateur, author Edward Klein interviews President Barack Obama’s physician, Dr. David Scheiner, MD, who blasts the president’s health care plan and says that President Obama has an “academic detachment” that he could never break through. The doctor fears that if the health care plan is “the failure” he believes it will be, because of runaway costs and other problems, then any health reform will be set back for years to come. These are only a few of many reveals in Klein’s book, which makes the case that President Obama is not the political machine...

Well-educated experts in psychology all agree that it is healhty and useful for the People's youth to have one or more state-approved imaginary friends. It is important for their future roles as citizens of the state for child-persons to learn to properly document and report suspicious activities conducted by friends, both real and imaginary. Ultimately, the goal is for child-persons to understand that the state is their only true friend. We bring this up because we are proud to report that Dear Leader Obama once himself had his own imaginary friend. As we all would expect, commensurate with his superior...

Tyler Perry's April 1 Facebook post about police pulling him over was no April Fool's joke: The highest-paid man in entertainment is accusing a pair of white Atlanta police officers of racial profiling. Four days later, Perry's post boasts more than 117,000 "likes," 21,000 comments, and 12,000 shares. Atlanta police have launched an internal investigation, E! News reports. Perry's predicament began when he admittedly made a left turn from a far-right lane -- a trick his security detail taught him, to make sure he wasn't being followed, Perry explained on Facebook. Two white Atlanta police officers pulled him over, but...

WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama said Thursday that the 2012 election will be a "fun debate" over two competing visions for the nation, referring to Mitt Romney as the Republican "front-runner" who has backed policies that would undermine middle-class families. At a fundraiser held at a Washington hotel, Obama told supporters that his administration had spent the past three years "cleaning up after some of that mess, and I don't want to have to do it again."

One of the highly developed talents of President Barack Obama is the ability to say things that are demonstrably false, and make them sound not only plausible but inspiring. That talent was displayed just this week when he was asked whether he thought the Supreme Court would uphold ObamaCare as constitutional or strike it down as unconstitutional. He replied: "I'm confident that the Supreme Court will not take what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress." But how unprecedented would it actually be if...

During a trip through Colorado in December of last year, President Obama spoke of his intention to implement his economic policies with or without the approval of Congress. Said Obama, “And where Congress is not willing to act, we’re going to go ahead and do it ourselves.” It now appears that such a mindset applies not only to economic matters but to the distribution of foreign aid as well--in particular, foreign military aid for the Muslim Brotherhood, who now hold the reigns in Egypt. Congress has restricted and, in fact, halted military aid to Egypt until
