President Obama and President Trump were both right, Obama when he told us elections have consequences and Trump in his 2018 stump speech that a consequence of Democrat victories would be renewed attacks on the Second Amendment. New Jersey’s ban on high-capacity magazines has been upheld by a federal court, opening the door to door knock gun confiscation and making off-duty police officers subject to criminal prosecution. The inmates are officially running the asylum. The law, signed by Gov. Phil Murphy in June along with five other new gun laws, gave New Jersey gun owners who currently possess the magazines...

This indoor shooting club provides firearm safety training and marksmanship skills to the public and is a non-profit organization. Scouts can also earn their rifle merit badge at this club. The building was built in 1948, and the exterior was in disrepair. Teddy was assisted in the restoration project by 24 volunteers, of whom the majority were scouts and scout parents from Troop 75.

The nearly 260 guns and half-million rounds of ammunition discovered in a bunker on a South Jersey man's property this week sounds like an ominous find for law enforcement. But Brian Hinkle's weapons could have been bought and owned legally, said Evan Nappen, an Eatontown, N.J., lawyer whose practice focuses on firearms law. "It depends on the type of weapons involved, if none of them are prohibited assault weapons," he said. "There's no limit to the rifles and shotguns one can possess." "You could have a million guns," Nappen said. "The number is not relevant." As for the ammunition in...
