More than 20 people were killed and 100 injured in a horrific shooting near the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas Sunday night, police said. The "nonstop gunfire," according to one witness, sent bystanders outside the resort on the Vegas strip ducking for cover and fleeing for their lives. Tourists hid in their hotel rooms and flights headed into the McCarran International Airport airport were held elsewhere. Bystanders sprang into action, caring for the wounded and at least one described someone dying in their arms. Videos filmed by onlookers gave a window into the chaos that ensued, with...

Miley Cyrus, one of several famous names who vowed to leave the United States if Donald Trump won the election, is now singing a different tune, calling it "ignorant" to hightail it out of the country because of the president. “I’m not f---ing leaving the country, that’s some ignorant sh*t, that’s dumb,” Cyrus, 24, says in an interview with NME published Friday. “Because that’s me abandoning my country when I think I’ve got a good thing to say to my country. And trust me, I hear every day on my Instagram, ‘Just leave already! When are you going to leave?’...

Who is Peter Daou? Today, he is the founder of political website Verit that strongly supports the Democratic Party and also a member of Hillary Clinton's campaign team. But it might be surprising to find out he's also an accomplished house producer who has worked alongside the likes of David Morales. As uncovered by Pitchfork, during the early ‘90s - before his political aspirations - Peter Daou was a committed house music producer who racked up over 400 production credits on a multitude of old-school house labels such as Nu Groove Records, Delicious Vinyl and Nervous Records. Daou's career in...

50 Cent, who recently took XXL exclusively behind the scenes of his new variety show, 50 Central, is known for offering his forever-unfiltered commentary, even when it comes to certain controversial topics such as Donald Trump. During a conversation on The View, the music-mogul-turned-entertainer spoke as candidly as ever, explaining that if he got elected president “by accident,” he might be making similar mistakes. “I think if I was the president by accident, I would be doing things like that,” 50 Cent says with a smile when asked by co-host Whoopi Goldberg his thoughts on Trump’s recent “sons of bitches”...

Upon first impressions, Tally Spear's new song 'Days Like These' reminds me of a younger sounding Amy MacDonald, (minus the Scottish accent) and the raw innocence of Elena Tonra who fronts the indie folk band, Daughter. The 21-year-old singer has been inspired by her Father’s folk collection which comprised of the great musicians of the 1960s, including Bob Dylan and Neil Young. ‘Days Like These’ is a beautifully sung poem, accompanied by simple guitar chords, a clappable drum beat, and tuneful harmonica.

President Donald Trump continues to prove that he might be one of the most petty politicians in history. After making controversial comments about the NFL, POTUS recently rescinded the offer for Steph Curry and the NBA champion, Golden State Warriors to visit the White House after Curry said he didn’t want to go in a recent interview. Going on one of his seemingly weekly Twitter tirades, Trump snapped, “Going to the White House is considered a great honor for a championship team.Stephen Curry is hesitating, therefore invitation is withdrawn!” LeBron James quickly came to the defense of his fellow NBA All-Star...

Jann Wenner has landed between a rock and a hard place as he struggles to sell Rolling Stone. The 71-year-old publishing magnate will pay dearly for clinging to the rock-and-roll magazine he founded 50 years ago, sources told The Post, as prospective buyers have evaporated along with music fans’ habit of buying glossy print titles at newsstands. “Jann knows he made his mark on American culture already and he is a realist,” said author Joe Hagan, whose biography on Wenner, titled “Sticky Fingers,” is set to hit next month from Random House. “The landscape has changed and he was not...
