Attorney Joe Brandon announced Tuesday in front of the county courthouse that he and his three plaintiffs won't accept the federal briefing and standby their position that Islam is not a religion. "The real question I think becomes who is the federal government representing in this particular situation? They claim that the United States takes this position.
