It is one of Britain's poorest boroughs, with almost unmatched levels of deprivation and where at least one in ten are unemployed. But teenagers in Tower Hamlets have tried to shrug-off this economically-tough climate and spared no expense in hiring many expensive supercars, which often cost more to buy than homes in the area. These Lamborghinis, Ferraris and even Bentleys on the gritty streets of East London were rented by 16-year-olds to celebrate leaving school, and they proudly admit it's all about 'showing off' and getting time in the 'spotlight'. Don’t you hate it when multiculturalism bites you in the ass? African leaders last week rejected President Obama’s self-righteous proclamation of American moral superiority with respect to recognizing the rights of homosexuals. He criticized his host nations’ refusal to accept homosexuality and gay unions as normal. Cardinal John Njue, Archbishop of Nairobi and president of the Kenyan Episcopal Conference, effectively schooled him on both good manners and good faith: “Those people who have already ruined their society…let them not become our teachers to tell us where to go,” said Njue in response to Obama’s statements promoting same-sex marriage. “I...

Let's do a little thought exercise here. Imagine that some force was flooding an indigenous people's lands with millions of unassimilable foreigners, and it was understood that this influx would irretrievably change that land's culture and replace the population. What would anthropologists call this phenomenon? Cultural genocide comes to mind. Of course, in America we call it "immigration policy." Now, when King Edward I "Longshanks" said about dominating the Scots in the film Braveheart, "If we can't get them out, we'll breed them out," it was to be expected from an enemy of Scotland. And how should we characterize America's...

One day, if this goes on, schools will no longer be allowed to teach about September 11, just as many European schools are not allowed to teach about the Holocaust, to avoid offending Muslims. Between the blasphemy/incitement laws and the voluntary censorship, a bubble of historical ignorance is being created and maintained in the hopes that this will prevent acts of Muslim terror and avoid exposing the failure of Muslim integration into multiculturalism.

If you read complaints in civil litigation proceedings or spend much time in a courtroom listening to the plaintiff's attorney present his case in a tort action – you will hear a lot of these two phrases – “had reason to know” and “should have known”. This would be fully applicable in the case of negligence on the part of the British government, contributing to the death of Soldier Lee Rigby in Woolwich – a district in South East London. They had “reason to know” that they had an imported islamist terror element in their midst and they “should have...

While the Washington Post and Wall Street Journal this morning gave front-page coverage to yesterday's grisly beheading of a British serviceman on a London street in broad daylight, the New York Times placed their 20-paragraph story by London correspondent John F. Burns on page A7. Editors slapped on the headline, "'Barbaric' Attack in London Renews Fears of Terror Threat," with "barbaric" in scare quotes. While the Post, Journal, and Times all ran quotes from one of the attackers as transcribed from a cell phone video filmed by a bystander, the Times curiously left out a portion of the rant where...
