Steve Dolan, 57, a Dubai-based vice president for international shipping firm APL, said he faced up to 50 years behind bars after authorities told him they found some 30,000 knock-off pistols in a shipping container last fall. A 66-year-old shop owner shot a man in the foot Wednesday night after he allegedly caught the man and an accomplice stealing expensive tools from his Kansas City store.
