El Paso County Judge Ruben Morales on Monday dismissed riot charges against 140 illegal aliens who participated in a ‘border riot’ on April 12 and released them from state custody. The illegals cut through the concertina wire and rushed over the border illegally on April 12. Judge Morales said he doesn’t believe probable cause exists to keep the illegals in custody for participating in a riot.

On Easter Sunday, El Paso Magistrate Judge Humberto Acosta ordered the release of a large group of illegal immigrants accused of participating in a violent encounter with National Guard troops along the Rio Grande. The incident, which took place on March 21, has been described by authorities as a “border riot,” during which illegal immigrants, predominantly men from Venezuela, overwhelmed security measures and clashed with National Guard forces. I was blown away at Walmart today when I came upon a Trump coloring book. Has anyone else seen it? It was quite amazing. It has Trump in many famous renderings such as him as The Statue of Liberty, Abe Lincoln, his head on Mt. Rushmore, superman, and many other famous characters. The book was actually a little scary. It reminded me of something that the anti Christ might have disseminated about himself, but it was a lot of fun. Too bad Obama, this wasn't and couldn't have been about you. You have been Trumped!

Duane "Dog" Chapman is upset a $300,000 federal bond remains in place even though a Mexican judge has dismissed charges against him. The TV bounty hunter posted the bond and was freed after being arrested last September as he fought extradition to Mexico. He had been charged under Mexican law with "deprivation of liberty" for his 2003 capture of a fugitive convicted rapist in Mexico. Mexican Judge Jose Alberto Montes dismissed the charges last month, ruling the statute of limitations had expired.
