Thank you. It is great to be back in London. And it is great that this time, I got to see more of this wonderful city than just the detention centre at Heathrow Airport. Today I stand before you, in this extraordinary place. Indeed, this is a sacred place. This is, as Malcolm always says, the mother of all Parliaments, I am deeply humbled to have the opportunity to speak before you. Thank you Lord Pearson and Lady Cox for your invitation and showing my film ‘Fitna’. Thank you my friends for inviting me. I first have great news. Last...

Created in 1926 by black historian, scholar, educator and publisher Carter G. Woodson, it began as "Negro History Week." By 1976, it morphed into Black History Month -- a celebration of the contributions of blacks to America and their struggles to overcome. From Africa to slavery. The Civil War. Jim Crow and lynchings. Sit-ins and marches. Brown vs. Board of Education and the Civil Rights Act. Assassinations. A historic presidency. With history yet to have its full say regarding President Obama, we interviewed a broad spectrum of his fellow Chicagoans and prominent visitors on what the month means to them...

Sales of Mein Kampf, Adolf Hitler's autobiography and apologia for his anti-semitism, are soaring in India where business students regard the dictator as a management guru. Booksellers told The Daily Telegraph that while it is regarded in most countries as a 'Nazi Bible', in India it is considered a management guide in the mould of Spencer Johnson's "Who Moved My Cheese". Sales of the book over the last six months topped 10,000 in New Delhi alone, according to leading stores, who said it appeared to be becoming more popular with every year.

Back in April of 2008 a district court in The Hague ruled that anti-Islamic European politician Geert Wilders did not break the law by comparing Islam with Fascism and calling the Koran the Islamic version of Hitler's Mein Kampf.

On this day in 1939, World War II began as Nazi Germany invaded Poland. Each Monday, this column turns a page in history to explore the discoveries, events and people that continue to affect the history being made today. < > It is a poorly-written mess, according to literary critics, but the ideas contained within Adolf Hitler's 1925 tome "Mein Kampf" (or My Struggle) sadly would resonate well beyond the book's quality of prose. < > ...Hitler's original title for his work, "Four Years of Struggle Against Lies, Stupidity and Cowardice," was also changed to the more marketable "My Struggle."...

The Al Qaeda Reader and Mein Kampf By Raymond IbrahimFrontPageMagazine.com | Friday, November 09, 2007 A number of book reviewers have recently pointed to the similarities between The Al Qaeda Reader and Mein Kampf. For instance, writing in the New York Observer, James Buchan notes that, “In their [al-Qaeda’s] brutality and candor, their fulminations against democracy and loose morals, their obsession with territory, their finicky racism and absolute disdain for the material needs of the public, these documents are a strange echo of Hitler’s writings from prison.” Writing for Slate, however, Reza Aslan disagrees: The comparison between the...

The Koran should be banned as a “fascist book” alongside Mein Kampf because it urges Muslims to kill non-believers, says Dutch populist MP Geert Wilders. The leader of the far-right Freedom Party, which holds nine of the Dutch parliament's 150 seats has called for the ban after an alleged Islam inspired attack on a Labour councillor who had renounced the Muslim faith. Mr Wilders claims that the Koran “calls on Muslims to oppress, persecute or kill Christians, Jews, dissidents and non-believers, to beat and rape women and to establish an Islamic state by force”. "Ban this wretched book like Mein...

The Islamic Mein Kampf (Flash video exposes the genocidal threat of radical Islam - A MUST SEE) By FrontPage Magazine Frontpage Magazine | January 31, 2007 In a rational world, American universities would lead the way in exposing the noxious roots of Islamic terrorism. Instead of psychoanalyzing Rush Limbaugh or President Bush, they would devote their attentions to what makes terrorists tick. Readers of FrontPage Magazine are uniquely educated about the unholy alliance between academia and jihadists. Thus, we have launched the Terrorism Awareness Project -- www.TerrorismAwareness.org -- to educate college students directly. In conjunction with the organization and website,...

I have posted on my blog this morning a video of a Palestinian Imam preaching a sermon - followed by an excerpt from a recent column on "The New Anti-Semitism" by Victor Davis Hanson and some of my comments. It helps to explain the actions by Reuters and the AP during the Israeli-Hezbollah conflict and some other questionable incidents.

LET US SUPPOSE, for the sake of argument, that the war declared by al-Qaeda and other Islamists is under way. Let us further suppose that thousands of “terrorist” attacks carried out in Islam’s name during the past decades form part of this war; and that conflicts that have spread to 50 countries and more, taking the lives of millions — including in inter-Muslim blood-shedding — are the outcome of what Osama bin Laden has called “conducting jihad for the sake of Allah”. If such war is under way, there are ten good reasons why, as things stand, Islam will not...

Examining which issues raise its organizational blood pressure, it is easy to see that the Anti-Defamation League chiefly represents two categories of Jews. One, Jews for whom the doctrines of secular fundamentalism and of the Democratic Party have replaced the authentic principles of Judaism. Two, Jews who consider Christian conservatives to be a far greater peril than Islamic extremism. It now turns out that the ADL represents yet a third category of Jews: those passionately dedicated to defending Darwin. Once again, like a friendly and frolicsome puppy with a large, bushy tail that constantly knocks down expensive vases, the ADL,...

May 15, 2006 issue - For the past 14 years, I've had a photo of a young man named Ricky Ray in my office. I met Ricky and the rest of the Ray family on the campaign trail in 1992. Ricky and his brothers were hemophiliacs who contracted HIV through blood transfusions. When I first met Ricky, it was clear that he was very ill. After I was elected, I spoke to Ricky on the phone and invited him and his family to my Inauguration. His family came, but sadly, Ricky died just weeks before. When I was president I...

The infamous manifesto penned in prison during the 1920s by one of history’s greatest despots has become a bestseller in Turkey, a troubling sign of increasing anti-Semitism and anti-Americanism. Since January, Mein Kampf has sold more than 50,000 copies, rising to No. 4 on the bestseller list. The book outlines Hitler's plans for world domination and his intense hatred of the Jewish people. "A lot of people in the West don't realize this has always been a popular book among radical Muslims," says Steve Hagerman, founder of Turkish World Outreach. "They think it’s a tragedy Hitler didn’t win the war....

A German lawyer is filing a lawsuit against American and British soldiers for treating captured German soldiers' copies of Mein Kampf "like a rented mule" during the Second World War. According to sources close to the case, the lawyer, a man named Wolfgang Kleinerschmidt, has become emboldened by recent reports of Americans abusing the Koran. Mr. Kleinschmidt sees "a potential goldmine" in legal compensation for soldiers who had their "guiding texts cruelly neglected." Mein Kampf, presently a popular text in Turkish bazaars, was Adolf Hitler's foray into literature before he attempted world domination. The book describes the author's anguish over...
