Hello, I'm new here. I saw an article about FReeping David Letterman, and I'm just curious as to what that is all about. I mean, how do you freep someone basically? Just get the contact info for them and fire off complaints? Do you do them in person? Do you go after unpopular individuals like bloggers and the like, or just after "popular" (I use that term to mean people who are generally well known) people?
