Within these past few days we have seen "synod fathers" acts as apologists for sodomy. ChurchMilitant.TV reports that an Austrialian archbishop favors "less condemnatory language" with regards to the mortal sins of sodomy and adultery. One wonders if he would like to edit several of the epistles of St Paul that are found in the Bible for they clearly state that those engaging in such sins will suffer hell fire if they die unrepentant. LifeSiteNews published an article by Phil Lawler regarding the obvious attempt to rig the sin-nod, an attempt that many of us have noticed.. I urge you...

Former U.S. Treasurer and conservative commentator Bay Buchanan spoke to an audience of students and faculty Wednesday night about the importance of self-confidence and strong convictions in politics. At the Kennedy Political Union event, held in the SIS Abramson Founder’s Room, Buchanan told students she did not know what she wanted to do in college. Encouraged by her brother Pat, she took a leave of absence from graduate school to work on President Richard Nixon’s re-election campaign, giving her the political bug that would shape the rest of her career. “There is such a level of excitement in [that] office...

Andrea Tornielli, a well-known Vatican expert and friend of Pope Francis, wrote on 8 October an article about Pope Francis which could potentially lead to a world-wide public reaction of indignation. In his article, which is entitled “Pope Urges Bishops Not to Give in to Conspiracy Theories”, Tornielli reports that Pope Francis had been contacted by 13 cardinals and bishops who participate at the Synod on the Family and who have grave concerns about possible manipulations exercised especially by the General Secretary, Cardinal Lorenzo Baldissieri. As Tornielli reports: Right from the very first press briefing, some Synod Fathers were said...

This week, a team from the University of California, Los Angeles claimed to have found several epigenetic marks—chemical modifications of DNA that don’t change the underlying sequence—that are associated with homosexuality in men. Postdoc Tuck Ngun presented the results yesterday at the American Society of Human Genetics 2015 conference. Nature News were among the first to break the story based on a press release issued by the conference organisers. Others quickly followed suit. “Have They Found The Gay Gene?” said the front page of Metro, a London paper, on Friday morning.

Trump's most passionate worshipper thinks he was sent from Heaven, and has blanketed her social media accounts with pro-Trump, anti-establishment messages. “I’M HISPANIC AND I VOTE FOR MR. TRUMP! VOTE FOR MR. TRUMP! YES, MR. TRUMP! WE LOVE YOU! WE LOVE YOU ALL THE WAY TO THE WHITE HOUSE!” That was the resounding, loud endorsement given by Myriam Witcher, a devout Trump fan who was invited on-stage by the Republican presidential frontrunner during a Las Vegas rally on Thursday. Witcher, a Colombian immigrant, was picked out of the crowd after Trump spotted her flaunting a copy of the issue of...

Report says Obama's Justice Department requires Christians to verbally affirm homosexuality regardless of beliefs. A brochure emailed to Department of Justice employees requiring them to verbally affirm homosexuality regardless of their personal beliefs has sparked accusations of religious intolerance and viewpoint discrimination, Todd Starnes reported at Fox News Tuesday. "The brochure was created as a resource from DOJ Pride, an association of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender employees of the DOJ," Starnes wrote. According to Starnes, Liberty Counsel, a law firm that specializes in religious liberty, is representing an unidentified female DOJ worker who received the brochure, called “LGBT Inclusion...

The definition of a serial killer is, “A person who murders three or more people, usually due to abnormal psychological gratification, with the murders taking place over more than a month and including a significant break (a “cooling off period”) between them.” Serial killers may be overwhelmingly male and most likely to be either black or white, but is there a connection for these men between their tendencies and their sexual behavior? Most serial killers are seeking out a thrill. But from where does their blood lust stem? Radford University keeps a database of statistics surrounding serial killers; age, race,...

Kanye West is sharing some thoughts about breaking into the fashion industry. "I feel like I got discriminated in fashion for not being gay," he said during an interview with SHOWstudio on Tuesday. "In music, you definitely get discriminated in music if you are gay. It takes amazing talents to break down barriers. Everyone thought that when Frank Ocean dropped that it was going to be bad for his career. I feel like it’s so cliché to speak about him as it relates to this subject, but there are people who broke the ground and he broke the ground. The...

Vice President Joe Biden, who is considering a 2016 presidential run, on Saturday pledged his full support for gay and transgender equality while suggesting Republican and other White House candidates are “homophobes.” Speaking at the Human Rights Campaign’s annual gala in Washington, Biden said gays and lesbians shouldn’t fear Americans trying to undo gay marriage and other advances because the country has moved beyond homophobia. "There's homophobes still left,” he continued to laughter and applause, in his keynote address. “Most of them are running for president, I think."(continued)

On Saturday evening, as hundreds of bishops convened in Rome for a major church assembly on family issues, former Vatican priest Krzysztof Charamsa headed a mile across town to a different gathering: the founding meeting of the Global Network of Rainbow Catholics, a group of 13 organizations advocating for inclusion of gays in the church. Charamsa had lost his job just before, when he was fired from his position in the Vatican’s doctrine office after announcing that he was gay and introducing reporters to his boyfriend. “I want the Church and my community to know who I am: a gay...

Big news this week as “progressives” worldwide learned, to their utter shock and mournful consternation, that the pope is Catholic. Rumors are they will next examine wild bears, the woods and certain mysteries therein. On Wednesday the Vatican confirmed what a handful of us knew days before. Pope Francis secretly (and privately) met with Kim Davis at Washington’s Vatican Embassy to personally offer his broad support for her bold stand against that insidious and “intrinsically disordered” counterfeit called “gay marriage.” Does Pope Francis really support Kim Davis? While specifics of Davis’ legal case were not discussed during the private meeting,...

Liberty Counsel, a law firm representing Kentucky clerk Kim Davis, has been termed as hate group for spreading false information by a nonprofit legal advocacy group, the Associated Press reported Sunday. The Southern Poverty Law Center’s senior official Mark Potok said that people at the firm "are way, way over the line" according to AP. The law firm is representing Davis’ stance for not issuing marriage licenses to homosexuals on religious grounds. Davis also spent five days in prison last month after being found in contempt of court for denying the licenses. The Liberty Counsel is reportedly of the opinion...

In a forceful speech on Saturday to an influential gay rights group, Hillary Rodham Clinton reaffirmed her support for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender Americans. Hours later, Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr., who is contemplating his own presidential run, stood before the same organization and praised Americans who have fought for gay rights. “Love is not a political matter; it’s a basic human right,” Mr. Biden said to a gathering of members of the Human Rights Campaign on Saturday night. “The fact that we recognize that, it’s because of you.” Mr. Biden’s potential candidacy has loomed over Mrs. Clinton’s...

Yayo Grassi, a gay man and former student of Pope Francis who met with the pope in Washington D.C., said Francis "is not afraid to have a gay friend." "Me being gay is no different [to the pope] than me having blue eyes," Grassi told ABC News today. "It's not different than me living in Washington. It is part of my life. And the way he accepted my boyfriend, it is a validation of how happy he is that two people of the same sex can be together and happy and miss each other when we are not close to...

Vatican City, Oct 4, 2015 / 03:18 am (CNA/EWTN News).- Pope Francis formally opened the synod of bishops Sunday, telling participants that the union between a man and woman is the foundation of God’s plan for the family, and a solution to the many forms of loneliness in today’s world. “This is God’s dream for his beloved creation: to see it fulfilled in the loving union between a man and a woman, rejoicing in their shared journey, fruitful in their mutual gift of self,†the Pope said in his opening Mass for the Synod of Bishops. He explained that...

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) -- Kim Davis' lawyer stood onstage in a Washington D.C. hotel and pointed to a photo on the screen. It showed 100,000 people packed into a Peruvian soccer stadium, Mat Staver told the crowd, all there to pray for the Kentucky clerk battling against gay marriage. The crowd erupted. It wasn't true.

So we bring to those of you who don't follow us on Twitter this news, for the record. And, also for the record, the fact that the Vatican is now, for the first time ever, using words such as "in a gay relationship" on an official website to describe a sexually active homosexual priest. And, one other nugget: According to the pope's spokesman, this priest being an active homosexual, that was not what got him fired from his numerous posts.

VATICAN CITY (Reuters) - Pope Francis on Sunday reaffirmed Catholic opposition to gay marriage as he opened a three-week gathering of bishops from around the world but said the Church had to show love and understanding towards all. Francis presided at a solemn Mass in St. Peter's Basilica to open the meeting, known as a synod, on the theme of the family in the modern world.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) — Kim Davis’ attorney is disputing the Vatican’s description and interpretation of her Sept. 24 meeting with Pope Francis. Attorney Mat Staver told The Associated Press early Friday that the meeting was an affirmation of the Kentucky county clerk’s right to be conscientious objector. He says Vatican personnel initiated contact with Davis’ camp on Sept. 14 saying the pope wanted to meet her.
