A rally to support our troops is being held in Dover, DE at the Legislative Mall on 3/30/03 at 2pm. The USO will be accepting donations of needed items - lip balm, sunscreen, phone cards, etc while there. Please support the troops then and there!

However, another group has informed us that they're planning a rally at the same place for 2pm. If you have the time, come at 2 and stay until it's over. If not, just come when you can.
