ORLANDO — Government scientists plan to test a new smallpox vaccine in Orlando and two other cities. The tests will determine what dosage protects people against the virus as a biological weapon. Orlando's study will include 120 people, ages 18 through 29, who have never been vaccinated for smallpox.
