Alec Baldwin has posted a 14-minute video rant on Instagram, hitting out at cancel culture and defending due process amid sexual misconduct allegations leveled at New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo and Woody Allen. The Hollywood actor, 62, shared the video from his home in the Hamptons on Sunday - less than a week after he posted another lengthy rant slamming 'a**holes' on Twitter. In his new video, Baldwin again lambasted social media users - this time targeting those who are eager to 'cancel' famous men on the basis of unproven allegations.

Despite being the subject of criticism in the Me Too era, Woody Allen believes he should be the “poster boy” for the women’s movement because no actresses have accused him of any wrongdoings. In a new interview with Argentinian news outlet Periodismo Para Todos, the director says he’s a “big advocate of the Me Too movement,” and goes on to explain, “I should be the poster boy for the Me Too movement. Because I have worked in movies for 50 years. I’ve worked with hundreds of actresses and not a single one — big ones, famous ones, ones starting out...

Hollywood says it’s done with Harvey Weinstein, James Toback, Kevin Spacey and other figures ousted for misconduct through the #MeToo movement. But what about Woody Allen? His film distributor, Amazon, the presenters of his musical “Bullets Over Broadway,” and colleagues are now grappling with renewed scrutiny of allegations that Mr. Allen molested his adopted daughter Dylan Farrow in 1992 when she was a child. Mr. Allen has steadfastly denied the claims and was not charged. But at a moment when women’s voices and stories have been amplified as never before, Ms. Farrow’s account carries more force — as even defenders...

(CNN)Dylan Farrow, the adopted daughter of Mia Farrow and Woody Allen, is asking why the director has not suffered the same fate as other powerful men in Hollywood accused of sexual misconduct. In an opinion piece published by the Los Angeles Times on Thursday, Farrow describes her anger over Allen maintaining his career, despite her allegation that he sexually assaulted her in their home when she was seven years old. Farrow first shared her account with Vanity Fair in 2013. Allen has consistently denied the allegation and was not criminally charged.

Woody Allen’s daughter Dylan Farrow is asking why her father has been spared in the wake of the Harvey Weinstein scandal and the subsequent #MeToo movement. “Why is it that Harvey Weinstein and other accused celebrities have been cast out by Hollywood, while Allen recently secured a multimillion-dollar distribution deal with Amazon …?” Farrow wrote in an op-ed for the Los Angeles Times on Thursday. “The system worked for Harvey Weinstein for decades. It works for Woody Allen still,” she added. Farrow – who is one of the star’s three children with ex Mia Farrow – publicly claimed that Allen...

Woody Allen has said he is "sad" for Harvey Weinstein as the producer faces numerous allegations of sexual assault. The filmmaker said he had heard rumours but not "these horror stories" after a number of women came forward to accuse Weinstein of assault. Weinstein was voted off the board behind the Oscars on Saturday as a result of the allegations. Allen faced his own sex claims; accused of molesting his adopted daughter - a claim he has always strongly denied. Weinstein has been credited with reviving Allen's career after Allen was accused of abusing Dylan Farrow, his daughter with actress...

One of five new additions to Saturday Night Live’s Season 51 cast, “Kill Tony” regular Kam Patterson, publicly declared his support for Donald Trump ahead of the 2024 election. In a stand-up set at the Improv comedy club last year, Patterson joked that Trump’s assassination attempt at his Butler, Pennsylvania rally was the only thing that convinced him to vote last fall. “I’m voting now dog, he got it,” Patterson says in a clip from around the time of the shooting last July, which killed one rally goer and injured two others. “They shot him… he was fine and walked...

The news of “The Late Show’s” cancellation by CBS doesn’t just end a franchise that had, to this point, lasted more than 30 years. It looks like the beginning of the end of an entire category of television. With one network now opting out of late-night talk entirely, how long will it be before the genre just goes away? CBS announced the cancellation nearly a full year before it is to take effect, making current host Stephen Colbert a lame duck of sorts; he will continue hosting the show through May 2026, at which point it will simply disappear. Observers...

The mainstream media tried to destroy Trump—but in the end, they destroyed themselves. This is the story of anchors who lost their minds, reporters who lost their careers, and a media machine that couldn’t handle President Trump.

Cain and Abel, meet David and Daniel. Ex-New York Gov. David Paterson is accusing his brother of cheating him out of his inheritance — by allegedly tricking their elderly mother into giving him over $7 million before her death. A bombshell lawsuit filed by the former governor claims his younger brother Daniel Paterson, 67, duped mom Portia into transferring the massive sum from her estate to his account through “undue influence, coercion and excessive persuasion.” The sneaky move allowed Daniel and his attorney wife Eloise to bypass a long-standing will ordering the brothers to split their mom’s estate 50-50 —...

he hits just keep coming for CNN. The far left network is facing being spun off by its corporate parent company Warner Bros./Discovery sometime in 2026. They view the network as a ‘declining asset’ and are going to split it into two entities. The people who are described as on-air ‘talent’ have destroyed what was once considered the foundation of cable news. Over the last decade they have shredded not only their own credibility, but the reputation of the network. They have totally earned what is coming.

NBC’s Seth Meyers continued his lamentations on President Trump’s response to the Los Angeles riots on Wednesday’s edition of Late Night. As Meyers tells it, Congressional Republicans, led by Speaker Mike Johnson, are “collaborating” with Trump to “turn America into a military-style autocracy” and would’ve ratted out the original Tea Party to the British in 1773. Meyers was agreeing with California Gov. Gavin Newsom that the Founders would be ashamed of Trump’s actions when he went on one of his Meyers-esque digressions about what the proper term for “pants” was in the 18th century and then declared, “Now, if you’re...

Comedian Leslie Jones appeared as the guest host of The Daily Show on Wednesday, issuing vulgar threats towards Elon Musk and the Trump administration. The former Saturday Night Live star attacked Donald Trump's cabinet and even threatened to punch Musk. 'I've got a problem with these Trump folks,' she said. 'My problem is these people are goofy-ass *************. I cannot believe America is going to be ended by these ******* loser incels.' Jones mocked the DOGE head by playing a clip of him from a meeting where he wore two MAGA hats and joked that he 'wears a lot of...

MAGA supporters have erupted in fury over Saturday Night Live's latest political sketch featuring a deeply personal dig at Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth. The controversial segment, which aired this weekend, featured former cast member Cecily Strong returning as Judge Jeanine Pirro alongside Colin Jost portraying Hegseth as her 'drinking buddy.' In the sketch, Strong repeatedly made light of alleged alcohol issues that the real-life Defense Secretary has vehemently denied. 'I love Pete Hegseth. He's my old drinking buddy,' Strong's Pirro said. When Jost then entered the scene as Hegseth, Pirro was so surprised that she sprayed wine all over his...

Since the SNL 50th anniversary took place that created so much backlash toward Tom Hanks after the Tom Hanks Trump Supporter comedy sketch backfired not just on NBC but also on tom hanks career after millions of fans left him afterwards....the tom hanks snl 50th anniversary trump supporter parody was best described as a ratings disaster for snl....the tom hanks maga snl skit also caused tom hanks to disable comments on his instagram account. It shouldn’t come as a shock that the best parts of the “Saturday Night Live” 50th anniversary special last night on NBC were seeing iconic stars back in Studio 8H again. Everybody got to watch at least one of their favorites. It was the rare event that was just as nostalgic for 30-year-olds as it was for nonagenarians. After Paul Simon, 83, kicked things off dueting on “Homeward Bound” with Sabrina Carpenter, 25, Steve Martin, who was never a cast member but hosted the program 16 times, began with a terrific opening monologue. “A person born during the first season...
