Alan Grayson's recent self indulgent behavior has paralyzed his ability to serve as an advocate for the citizens of Central Florida. On December 16th 2009, the day on which the Sons of Liberty dumped 342 chests of tea into Boston Harbor, Central Floridians will again say no to the overreaching government intrusion propagated by Grayson. Central Floridians will drop a money bomb to show Grayson and Pelosi that an oppressive, overreaching government has not and never will be what makes America great. Pledge your support today, so that Grayson is defeated.

A group of angry Florida voters has launched the Web site MyCongressmanIsNuts.com in a drive to oust Democrat Rep. Alan Grayson, the outspoken congressman who grabbed national headlines earlier this month by calling an adviser to the Fed chairman a "K Street whore." The site is raising money to defeat the Orlando-area congressman and the site's organizers describe it as a "more appropriate alternative" to Mr. Grayson's CongressmanWithGuts.com, which the Grayson campaign says helped raised more than $250,000 in the first three weeks of October. As of Friday morning, the "Nuts" site took in about $3,335 since its launch Thursday...

Are the Democrats the Racism Party? Just when OK thought the race(ism) card was too worn out for liberals to do anything more than retire it from the life deck, Obama-media has once again resurrected it. It’s a strategy designed to keep Conservatives and the Right on the defensive. The Left’s current target is talk show host Rush Limbaugh. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi recently lectured us on the importance of civility and accountability for one’s words. She suggested that a lack of civility could lead to violence. However, the Left loves to sermonize while isolating and smearing any dissent. An...

I’m madder than Winston Churchill at an A.A. meeting! Just when I figured Al Gore couldn’t get any nuttier, yesterday he made a fool of himself again. He gave a speech at some fancy British college, and told the kids that fighting global warming was like fighting Hitler. Well, global warming and World War II both had something to do with “gas”, but other than that, I don’t get it. I didn’t drop out of divinity school like Al Gore did, and I didn’t invent the internet or get a hoity toity Nobel Prize, so can somebody explain his speech...

Candidate Barack Obama severely criticized president Bush for using military tribunals to try terrorists held at Guantanamo Bay. On President Obama's first day in office, he suspended the tribunals. Now, he has decided to use the same military tribunals he criticized President Bush for during the 2008 campaign. His backers on the Loony left are very angry.

It isn’t quite true these days that, to cite that over-quoted Monty Python sketch, “nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition.” Case in point: Phillipe Sands, a British lawyer with Cherie Blair’s London firm. Last year, he published a book claiming that when the Bush administration came to an end, six of the president’s top-level advisors would face charges in international court. Sure enough, now Spanish judge Baltasar Garzon wants to charge those six senior policy advisors with “giving legal cover” to alleged torture at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. How will Obama respond?...

Using 'Miss' and 'Mrs' has been banned by leaders of the European Union because they are not considered politically correct. Brussels bureaucrats have decided the words are sexist and issued new guidelines in its bid to create 'gender-neutral' language. The booklet warns European politicians they must avoid referring to a woman's marital status. This also means Madame and Mademoiselle, Frau and Fraulein and Senora and Senorita are banned. WASHINGTON (AP) — Hundreds of war protesters from across the country gathered in Washington on Saturday to mark the sixth anniversary of the invasion of Iraq. A group of liberal bloggers said it is teaming up with organized labor and MoveOn to form a political action committee that will seek to push the Democratic Party farther to the left. Soliciting donations from their readers, the bloggers said they are planning to recruit liberal candidates for challenges against more centrist Democrats currently in Congress. The formation of the group marks another step in the evolution of the blogosphere, which has proved effective at motivating party activists to give money and time to political campaigns, especially in local races. But it also illuminates a deepening wrinkle for President...

A reporter for an NBC affiliate in Baltimore who inserted a racist remark into a video clip of FOX News' John Gibson and posted it on YouTube is no longer employed by the station, FOXNews.com has learned. The offensive video clip was doctored so that the viewer heard Gibson using the words "bright blue scrotum" in reference to Attorney General Eric Holder, rather than to a defining characteristic of a monkey on the loose in Seattle. The video circulated rapidly on blogs and news Web sites Thursday and was not corrected for hours.

As someone who has spent nearly three frustrating years actively advocating the impeachment of President George Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney for their many crimes and abuses of power, I have to admit that not only did it not happen, but that the likelihood of their being indicted and brought to trial now that they have left office is exceedingly slim. While both men are clearly guilty of war crimes, and have in fact admitted to willful violation of international law and the US Criminal Code relating to torture and treatment of captives, and while Bush has admitted to...

Dear President-Elect Obama, Congratulations on your historic election as the next President of the United States. Last year, you pledged to ""take an active role, and make a personal commitment to do all I can to advance the cause of [Israeli-Palestinian] peace from the start of my Administration."" We are eager to work with you to fulfill this goal. On election night, hope was palpable. A sort of jittery excitement filled the air at the Catoosa Democratic Headquarters in Ringgold, Ga. A masked gunman who was waving an American flag on a freeway overpass in Santa Barbara was in police custody after an hours-long standoff that shut down the freeway in both directions and caused a rush-hour traffic snarl, officials said. Lorenzo Duarte of the Santa Barbara Police Department. The freeway was reopened shortly after the incident was resolved. No shots...

BURLINGTON, Vt. - Lots of political candidates make campaign promises. But not like Charlotte Dennett's. ADVERTISEMENT Dennett, 61, the Progressive Party's candidate for Vermont Attorney General, said Thursday she will prosecute President Bush for murder if she's elected Nov. 4. Dennett, an attorney and investigative journalist, says Bush must be held accountable for the deaths of thousands of people in Iraq — U.S. soldiers and Iraqi civilians. She believes the Vermont attorney general would have jurisdiction to do so.

The second day of the Republican National Convention once again began with police and protesters clashing in the streets of downtown St. Paul. Not long after members of the Poor People's Economic Human Rights Campaign began their march to the Xcel Energy Center, a splinter group of anarchists emerged, wreaking havoc. While group leaders said their march would deviate from the permitted path past the Ramsey County Jail, they told officials they weren't behind the sudden burst of violence. However, in a media statement, the group promised multiple acts of civil disobedience and plans to serve Republicans with a citizen's...

We are pleased to announce that Sen. John Edwards, Sen. Barack Obama, and Gov. Bill Richardson confirmed their participation in a Presidential Leadership Forum to be held August 4 in Chicago. Confirmations from other candidates are forthcoming. The event—the first ever collaborative presidential forum with both a respected blogger and a leading member of the traditional media as moderators—is an opportunity to use technology to empower citizens to engage and evaluate America's potential leaders, both face-to-face and online. Many political candidates, including Edwards and Obama, already frequently use sites like Daily Kos to dialogue with the public.

I would guess 15,000 is at the top end. You had your Che Guavara group, your Socialist group, your Communist group, your Islam is peace group, your Hate America group, your Israel out of Palestine group. Quite a hodge podge of purple haired youngsters and really REALLY old looking hippies. There had to be 1 cop for every 10 protestors including a huge squad of swat. All in all it was pretty boring and very very hot downtown today. I felt sorry for the police having to have all their gear on them in the hot weather.

More than 30 years ago he co-wrote the best seller “Helter Skelter,” about the Manson case.
