Authorities are searching for an “aggressive” mountain lion that killed a German shepherd in a Fontana backyard Wednesday and kept returning to the home despite being shot at by police. One third of a central Californian town's police force were taken off duty after several officers were arrested, U.S. authorities have revealed. Four detectives from King City in California were taken into custody yesterday and questioned regarding a scheme which involved the impounded cars of underprivileged Hispanics.
