Scott LoBaido is one of the most influential artists, activists, and patriots in New York City’s Staten Island borough. **SNIP** On Friday, LoBaido was livid when he made this short video about a phone call from his friend. According to LoBaido, his friend’s ill 4-year-old child was denied a wish from the Make-A-Wish Foundation. The foundation allegedly denied the young child their wish due to being unvaccinated.
