A widely spread photo that appears to show an anti-fascist activist beating a police officer is a doctored image. The image showing a man wielding a club and wearing an "antifa" jacket while standing over a downed officer was widely shared after the deadly violence at a white nationalist rally in Charlottesville, Virginia. The image has been circulating for several months among those opposed to the antifa movement, which is comprised of far-left-leaning militant groups that resist neo-Nazis and white supremacists.

Been watching FOX and MSM the last couple of days. Getting tired of trying to tell them apart based on their guests' stances on political/Trump issues on everything current and past. Juan Williams seems to be empowered and out of ranting control talking over people and yelling. Him along with a couple of females and Sheppie are repulsively biased which is now festered and oozing out.

The Obamas have had few more obsequious media allies than NBC's Jimmy Fallon. Now that he's taking over the hallowed ground of "The Tonight Show," Fallon's proven ability to spread his reach into viral videos on YouTube promises to become even more politically potent. Fallon's Obama-friendly sketches and interviews have become immediate "news" grist for the Comcast corps at NBC and MSNBC. The same sensation happens when Fallon is ripping into a Republican. HARTFORD, CT. Hartford Courant is eliminating about 25 positions through attrition, voluntary buyouts, layoffs and leaving open jobs unfilled, according to a memo distributed Thursday. In an e-mail to Courant staff, publisher Jack Davis acknowledged that a similar step toward reducing expenses for 2006 had been taken in early October. Fourteen jobs were eliminated at that time. "However, given ongoing competitive media pressure and disappointing financial results, we need to achieve additional expense reductions if we are to remain as strong as possible in 2006 and beyond," Davis said in the e-mail. GENEVA — A Geneva radio station is getting some help in going digital. WEOS-FM 89.7, Hobart and William Smith Colleges’ non-profit student station, learned late last week it will receive a $48,000 federal grant to buy some of the equipment it needs to broadcast digitally. The grant money, announced Thursday by Rep. Sherwood Boehlert, R-24 of New Hartford, will allow the National Public Radio station to buy equipment that will be installed within the next three to four months.
