A woke professor at Baylor University has come under fire for blasting acclaimed Harry Potter author J.K. Rowing for her opposition to normalizing the transgender movement, calling her out for her apparent ‘hatred of trans-people.’ While this is deeply troubling, it is hardly the worst thing about him. Founded in 1845 and claiming 16,000 students, Baylor University is the world’s largest Baptist University and one of the oldest. Like many once-faithful institutions that have gone before her, however, Baylor is deeply compromised and is inexorably on the downgrade. Not only have they hosted Beth Moore and Jemar Tisby for a...

Don Lemon and Tim Malone were all smiles as they headed home from their glitzy New York City wedding. The newlyweds strolled hand in hand as they exited Ralph Lauren's Polo bar just before midnight on Sunday. Lemon, 58, tied the knot with Malone, 40, in an intimate ceremony at Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church before leading guests on foot over to the reception. Disgraced sex pest broadcaster Matt Lauer, fired CNN boss Jeff Zucker and alleged killer Alec Baldwin were among the high-profile attendees. The grooms appeared in good spirits as they exited their venue in the same coordinated velvet...

A federal judge denied a motion Thursday from Nassau County to avoid a state lawsuit against its policy to prevent men from participating in women’s sporting events at county-run facilities. Republican Executive Bruce Blakeman of Nassau County on Feb. 22 signed an executive order that would deny the use of county parks and property for women’s sporting events unless they limit participation to one biological sex, based on participants’ birth certificates. After being threatened with a lawsuit by Democratic Attorney General Letitia James of New York over the policy, Blakeman sought an order from the U.S. District Court for the...

A television presenter with Poland’s state broadcaster has apologised for the years of “shameful words” directed at LGBTQ+ people, in a moment hailed by a prominent rights campaigner as the closing of a chapter in Polish society. Bart Staszewski, an activist and film-maker, said the apology made to him live on air on Sunday showed the transformation of a broadcaster that served as a mouthpiece for the Law and Justice (PiS) party during its time in power. Looking directly into the camera, Szeląg said: “For many years in Poland, shameful words have been directed at numerous individuals because they chose...

A Christian woman has come forward to say Starbucks fired her for refusing to use transgender people's pronouns. The woman in question — Taylor Marie Trice of North Carolina — spoke to Sarah Fields of the Publica about her ordeal, which occurred in 2022. Earlier this week, Trice uploaded a video to TikTok discussing what happened: “June came around, and as we all know, June is the month of 'tasting the rainbow.' And I had been working at Starbucks for about two years at that point. So I was used to Starbucks putting up their [Pride] decorations and stuff during...

On Easter, as the Mission District’s pious donned their Sunday best and filed into the Basilica, an altogether different congregation was gathering in Dolores Park, orchestrated by a colorful, sacrilegious clergy.

As the majority of Americans prepared to celebrate Easter, President Biden issued a proclamation honoring Transgender Day of Visibility. The proclamation parroted the trans activists’ dark creed, claiming “bullying,” “harassment” and “discrimination” of people who embrace a transgender identity are causing a “mental health crisis,” suicide and “epidemic of violence.” The president’s choice to celebrate trans activists’ suicide-soaked false narrative rather than the joy and promise of Easter was cruel to both Christians and the emotionally vulnerable people captivated by trans ideology. As activist Rachel Crandall-Crocker, a male psychotherapist and founder of Transgender Michigan, created this high holy day in...

Easter reminds us of the power of hope and the promise of Christ’s Resurrection. As we gather with loved ones, we remember Jesus’ sacrifice. We pray for one another...

A Rutgers University professor told a seminar discussing the Israel-Hamas conflict that it is 'violent' and 'homophobic' to raise the issue of how LGBT people are treated in Gaza. Maya Mikdashi, associate Professor of Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at New Jersey's State University, told students earlier this month that she has been approached by people at pro-Palestine protests who tell her that she would be treated horribly by Hamas. 'So I've been at protests where I'm then told "don't you know what Hamas would do to you, if you were in Palestine",' she said.

A new published report from international researchers marshals every line of evidence in defense of fairness in women’s sports. The International Olympic Committee (IOC) developed its 2021 framework on sex and “gender” around the concepts of fairness, inclusion, and non-discrimination. This framework leaves it to each sport’s governing body “to determine how an athlete may be at a disproportionate advantage against their peers.” However, they admonish sports organizations against “targeted testing … aimed at determining [athletes’] sex, gender identity and/or sex variations.” Instead, it’s up to each sport to “[provide] confidence that no athlete within a category has an unfair and...

A trans woman has been helped to breastfeed her grandchild, in what is thought to be a world first. The unidentified 50-year-old was helped to express up to 30ml of milk at a time, after a four week course of hormone treatment. Researchers from Duke University reported the woman ‘lactated for a total of two weeks’ and was able to feed the four-month-old baby. The motivation for inducing lactation was to create a ‘bond from breastfeeding that she had not been able to experience with her own five children’. She was moved to tears by the experience, which she said...
