AMAZING! Former Democrat pollster Pat Caddell says this year's election could be like 1980 - a 40 state Trump landslide!

The New York Times presents a Florida poll today that has author Nate Cohen trying desperately to frame hope for Hillary Clinton where no hope exists. Overall the poll presentation shows Donald Trump with a 4 point advantage. However, the real story, reflecting the full scope of what’s happening, is marginally buried in the poll internals: … [ Trump’s ] so strong that Mrs. Clinton has just 55 percent of the vote among white registered Democrats without a degree, compared with Mr. Trump’s 32 percent. Yes, that is correct. Donald Trump is winning 32% of the largest Florida Democrat constituency,...

I'm concerned about a possible landslide on November 8. Looking at all the news, I'm afraid of what will happen that night and the day after. What's especially scary is how Clinton's supporters may get violent after Donald Trump wins this election by a landslide. After months of falsely believing the Cankled Harridan was going to be the first woman President since James Buchanan, the shock and disappointment will probably turn to anger. I'm not concerned that there'll be violence here in Texas...the Leftist Progladykes know that if they try anything down here, they'll get Ventilated. However, what will happen...

Current polls show the race for President is much tighter than it really is. Ann Coulter warned us years ago in her best seller Slander that Democrats and the liberal media always use polls to manipulate and discourage conservatives from voting. Thanks to social media there is more and more evidence that the polls are way off and if things stay as they are, Trump will win in a landslide! It’s evident Hillary has a hard time filling a Union Hall while Trump regularly turns people away from his stadium and arena venues.

Donald Trump held a campaign rally in Bangor Maine yesterday. For some odd reason the U.S. national media didn’t quite share the scope of the support he found there...

The 2016 presidential election is unfolding like a Greek tragedy. With a few changes. A tragic hero, burdened by a fatal flaw, inexorably strides toward destruction; unstoppable, resolute and impervious to those who beg him to change. Thus proceeds the Donald. I hasten to stipulate that the word “hero” is hard to apply. We commonly associate the word with bravery, intelligence and vision. With Trump, not so much. But the past week has shown us a leader, and a leader he is, with a fatal flaw: an inability to adjust his character to reality. His campaign is one of personal...

Bill was hoping that Scott Adams would disclose how Trump can be defeated. Instead, Scott Adams told him Trump will win the general election in a landslide. Via Real Clear Politics: “ SCOTT ADAMS: I’ve been studying persuasion for decades and when I saw Trump last summer displaying the tools of persuasion I thought, ‘Oh my God, he’s not a crazy clown. Everything he’s doing, including his complete ignoring of the facts, is persuasion perfection. I called him to be the landslide winner in the general election last year. Essentially he’s basically bringing a flamethrower to a stick fight. There’s...

Every year, millions of people travel to Utah to take in the beautiful and peaceful scenery in Zion National Park. According to a new study, however, the geographic stunner was formed by a massive prehistoric landslide that was far from tranquil. The study, published Thursday in the Geological Society of America, said the park’s flat valley floor owes its creation to the collapse of a wall of Navajo Sandstone that was almost 900 miles high. Weak layers in the underlying Kayenta Formation sent debris shooting across the canyon at speeds that likely reached 90 miles per second. It's believed that...

Former Texas Gov. Rick Perry predicted during a private phone call Wednesday that presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump could carry more than 35 states in the November election. “The more I spend time with him, the more I talk with him, the more I see how he has analyzed this country properly at this point in time, I feel very comfortable that we’re going to win,” Perry told donors during a conference call hosted by the pro-Trump Great America PAC. “I think we have the potential to win overwhelmingly,” he added. “I’m talking a 35, 36, 37-state victory. Just...

Mayor Rodrigo Duterte of Davao City in Mindanao is now president elect of the Philippines. His path to the presidency was controversial, riddled with expletives and reduced his detractors to mud slinging and comparisons with Hitler. But the mud failed to stick: with almost all precincts reporting, he looked to have won the race to the presidency with more than 15m votes and nearly 40% of the vote. His nearest rivals have conceded defeat. Duterte came to the presidential race late, prompted by a Senatorial Electoral Tribunal decision to allow Senator Grace Poe to run for the presidency. Her presidential...

That’s 7.2 million more votes than Barack Obama carried in 2008, and almost 13 million more than Mitt Romney carried in 2012. That’s YUGE ! That’s the Monster Vote. That’s also a landslide victory for Donald Trump. Another way of looking at it – that Monster Vote increase is simply adding 10% of the approximately 120 million voters who never vote in elections. And those new voters are exactly what you see showing up at Donald Trump primary campaign rallies.

The real news tonight? At this hour, Donald Trump is winning EVERY COUNTY and EVERY CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT he is running in tonight. That is an incredible landslide.

A landslide last fall caused a giant wave not seen in Alaska since a storied 1958 event in Lituya Bay. After a period of heavy rains, a mountainside near Tyndall Glacier collapsed into a fiord of Icy Bay on Oct. 17, 2015. The displaced water generated a wave that sheared alders more than 500 feet up on a hillside across from the slide at the Southeast Alaska location. To put that in perspective, the 2011 tsunami in Japan reached about 130 feet above sea level. The Icy Bay wave may be the largest since a magnitude-8 earthquake shook much of...

I continue to be amazed by those pundits who suggest Donald Trump can’t beat Hillary Clinton. There are three principal reasons for such faulty conclusions: •These folks are working under the strictures of an old paradigm. That is the one that says Democrats start out with a base of unlosable states and electoral votes and need only to win two or more swing states. •Polls taken today, before the Trump-Hillary campaign even begins. •Trump’s high negatives. Let’s look at one big reason none of these factors will come into play after the conventions.

This forecast was made using the electoral cycle model, which studies a pattern of voting in the presidential election that makes it less likely for an incumbent party to hold the presidency after two terms in office. The model does not assume who would be the party nominees or the conditions of the country at the time. “You think ‘This is crazy. How can anything come up with something like that?’ ” Norpoth said “But that’s exactly the kind of equation I used to predict Bill Clinton winning in ‘96, that I used to predict that George Bush would win...

May I, as a Ted Cruz supporter, just step in here for a minute and explain why Donald Trump, as Republican nominee for president, will win a landslide election victory over Hillary and actually be a welcome alternative to the kind of leadership America has experienced for the last 27 years? I don’t care what the national polls say now about a matchup between Trump and Clinton. I am old enough to remember vividly what the polls between Ronald Reagan and Jimmy Carter looked like in 1980 at this point in the presidential campaign. They suggested Reagan had no chance...

Ropoto in Greece In the last week a few media outlets (such as Atlas Obscura) have carried reports about the town of Ropoto in Greece, which in 2010 was abandoned due to a landslide, inspired by an article on the Greek Explorer website. The latter has made a short documentary about the town, and its landslide. The short description that goes with the film is as follows: Ropoto was once a thriving village and home to 300 families, but a landslide in 2012 turned the village into a ghost town. Today, forgotten by people and authorities, Ropoto’s terrain is still...

A new poll from CBS News conducted before Saturday's GOP debate, shows Donald Trump with 42 percent support among Republicans, and a massive 22 point lead over second-place candidate Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) The three candidates vying for the "establishment lane" -- Jeb Bush, Gov. John Kasich and Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) combine for just 30 percent support. The poll of likely Republican primary voters, drawn from a larger sample of 1,300 registered voters, shows Trump with 42 percent, followed by Cruz with 20 percent. Rubio is third with 15 percent, ahead of Kasich with 9 percent and of Jeb...
