A Thai transgender businesswoman has acquired the Miss Universe pageant for $20 million. Jakapong “Anne” Jakrajutatip, the CEO and biggest shareholder of JKN Global Group, sealed the deal with IMG Worldwide, her company announced on Wednesday.
