The New Orleans Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating and identifying a woman accused of walking down Decatur Street in New Orleans and randomly stabbing two men who were walking down the street. It happened on November 30, 2014, in the 900 block of Decatur Street. Shortly before 9 p.m., the woman walked down the sidewalk poking random pedestrians with an unknown sharp object. The number of people who cast their ballots early in Louisiana dropped off from the Nov. 4 primary election to the Dec. 6 runoff election in every statewide category except one: registered Republican voters.
